The devicetree is not made for user-choosable options, thus introduce
Kconfig options for both SGX and the corresponding PRMRR size.
The PRMRR size Kconfig has been implemented as a maximum value. At
runtime the final PRMRR size gets selected by checking the supported
values in MSR_PRMRR_VALID_CONFIG and trying to select the value nearest
to the chosen one.
When "Maximum" is chosen, the highest possibly value from the MSR gets
used. When a too strict limit is set, coreboot will die, printing an
error message.

Instead of doing our own calculations, rely on TOLUM returned by FSP
for cbmem_top. This (hopefully) saves us from making mistakes in weird
calculations of offsets and alignments.
Further this makes it easier to implement e.g. SGX PRMRR size selection
via Kconfig as we do not have to make any assumptions about alignments
but can simply pass (valid) values to FSP.

Remove the calculation of the Reserved Intel MMIO Memory size from
systemagent and memmap, since it is not needed.
The size is used in SA to calculate the space between cbmem_top and TSEG
without DPR and Chipset Reserved Memory. Since this will always be equal
to 0, the reservation will be skipped and TSEG, DPR and Chipset Reserved
Memory will get reserved alltogether.
By reading the code and pratical testing we figured out that:
- TSEG - DPR - reserved - top_of_memory == 0
- TSEG - DPR - reserved == top_of_memory
This means the whole block will never reserve anything because it is
always 0. Hence the code can be removed for simplification.

The filename chip.h has a special purpose with the generation
of static devicetree, where the configuration structure name matches
the path to the chip.h file. For example, soc/intel/skylake/chip.h
defines struct soc_intel_skylake_config.
The renamed file did not follow this convention and the structure it
defines would conflict with one defined soc/intel/common/chip.h if such
is ever added.

limited to GPI_STS. GPI_GPE_STS, GPI_NMI_STS and/or GPI_SMI_STS updates

including additional support for MAINBOARD_POWER_STATE_PREVIOUS.
For the latter, firmware has to keep track of the `previous` state. The

SoC code has to call pmc_set_power_failure_state() at least once during
boot and needs to implement pmc_soc_set_afterg3_en() for the actual

According to the documentation [1], by default the RX Level/Edge Trig

In the case there is no the circuit diagram for motherboard, the
PCH/SoC GPIOs config is based on information from the inteltool

pad configuration from this dump:
0x0440: 0x0000002084000500 GPP_A8 CLKRUN#
0x0448: 0x0000102184000600 GPP_A9 CLKOUT_LPC0
0x0450: 0x0000102284000600 GPP_A10 CLKOUT_LPC1
To convert these raw DW0/DW1 register values to macros, the following
parameters must be set:
func - pad function,
pull - termination,
rst - pad reset config,
trig - rx level/edge configuration,
bufdis - rx/tx (in/output) buffer disable.
The patch resolves the above problem by adding a new macro for the
native function configuration:
PAD_CFG_NF_BUF_TRIG(pad, pull, rst, func, bufdis, trig)
These changes were tested on Asrock H110M-DVS motherboard [2].
It also resolves the problem of automatically creating pads

For GPIO pads that are configured as no-connect (PAD_NC), setting it
as GPI (with Rx enabled) leads to GPE0_STS being set
incorrectly. Though this is not an issue in practice (GPE0_EN is not
set, so no events triggered), it can confuse users when debugging GPE
related issues.
This change configures PAD_NC to have Rx disabled along with Tx to
ensure that it does not end up setting GPE0_STS bits for unwanted
GPIO pads.
P.S.: IOSSTATE config does not have a TxDRxD setting, so leaving that
configuration as is.

The newest and most useful incarnation was hiding in soc/intel/common/.
We move it into the Mainboard menu and extend it with various flags to
be selected to control the default and which options are visible. Also
add a new `int` config MAINBOARD_POWER_FAILURE_STATE that moves the
boolean to int conversion into Kconfig:
0 - S5
1 - S0
2 - previous state
This patch focuses on the Kconfig code. The C code could be unified as
well, e.g. starting with a common enum and safe wrapper around the
get_option() call.

In some situations the GPIO pad numbers used by the OS are not
contiguous and coreboot must provide a way for ACPI to provide
the expected GPIO number to the OS.
To do this each GPIO group can now have a pad base value, which
will be used as the starting pin number for this group and it
is added to the relative pin number of this GPIO to compute the
ACPI pin number for a particular GPIO.
By default this change has no effect because the existing uses
of INTEL_GPP() will set the pad base to PAD_BASE_NONE and the
GPIO number is used as the ACPI pin number without translation.

This change adds new macros to GPIO common library helpers to allow
a GPI pad to be dual routed using PAD_CFG_GPI_DUAL_ROUTE. It also adds
a helper macro to configure a pad for IRQ and wake.
Above macros are guarded using a newly added Kconfig option
SOC_INTEL_COMMON_BLOCK_GPIO_DUAL_ROUTE_SUPPORT that is selected only
by SoCs that have been validated to allow dual route of
GPIs. Currently, this config is selected only for APL/GLK/SKL/KBL that
have been validated to work with dual-routing of GPIs for IRQ and
wake.

RTC BUC control register provides a software interface to
configure the top swap feature. This patch adds implementation
to enable/disable top swap feature and gets it accessible in
romstage as well.
The top swap control functions are exposed only if INTEL_HAS_TOP_SWAP
is selected.
To use the topswap feature a second bootblock has to be added
to the cbfs. Below configs aid in doing that,
INTEL_HAS_TOP_SWAP
INTEL_ADD_TOP_SWAP_BOOTBLOCK
INTEL_TOP_SWAP_BOOTBLOCK_SIZE
Enabling and Disabling topswap, using the added API enables user
to boot alternatively from either bootblock.

This function adds support for gpio_configure_pads_with_override
which:
1. Takes as input two GPIO tables -- base config table and override
config table
2. Configures each pad in base config by first checking if there is a
config available for the pad in override config table. If yes, then
uses the one from override config table. Else, uses the base config to
configure the pad.
This is done to allow sharing of GPIO tables across baseboard-variants
for various boards i.e. Each board can have a base config table which
is provided by the baseboard and an optional override config table
that can be provided by a variant to configure certain GPIOs
differently. It is helpful when the variant GPIO diff list is not very
huge compared to the baseboard.
