This patch flips the polarity of CONFIG_USE_1G_PAGES_TLB into
CONFIG_NEED_SMALL_2MB_PAGE_TABLES which is off by default, meaning
CPUs added in the future will automatically build the smaller 1GB pages.
We can expect support for this feature to be available on all future CPU
generations (with the possible exception of embedded edge cases), so
this default setting should make mistakes less likely and keep
maintenance effort lower. (Besides, enabling the support where it
doesn't work fails fast, whereas keeping it disabled where it could work
is an inefficiency that can easily go overlooked for a long time.)
While this is technically a CPU feature, not a northbridge feature, we
support a lot more individual CPUs than northbridges in the pre-SoC era,
and they tend to be closely coupled anyway. So select the option at the
northbridge level for older CPUs to keep things simpler.

Having a CBFS cache scratchpad offers a generic way to decompress CBFS
files through the cbfs_map() function without having to reserve a
per-file specific memory region.
This commit introduces the x86 `PRERAM_CBFS_CACHE_SIZE' Kconfig to set
the pre-memory stages CBFS cache size. A cache size of zero disables
the CBFS cache feature. The default value is 16 KB which seems a
reasonable minimal value enough to satisfy basic needs such as the
decompression of a small configuration file. This setting can be
adjusted depending on the platform needs and capabilities.
We have set this size to zero for all the platforms without enough
space in Cache-As-RAM to accommodate the default size.

Tree is inconsistent with the use of TCO register space offsets and
related preprocessor defines. The legacy space was offset from ACPI
PM base by 0x60, but this changed with later platforms. The convenient
way is to define the TCO registers relative to its base address and
subtract 0x60 here, but this change cannot be easily done tree-wide or
in one go.
For the transient period, apply TCO_SPACE_NOT_YET_SPLIT flag until
all platforms use a clean style of tco_{read,write} accessor functions
instead of {read,write}_pmbase16(), or worse, inw/outl().

Currently, the MMCONF Kconfigs only support the Enhanced Configuration
Access mechanism (ECAM) method for accessing the PCI config address
space. Some platforms have a different way of mapping the PCI config
space to memory. This patch renames the following configs to
make it clear that these configs are ECAM-specific:
- NO_MMCONF_SUPPORT --> NO_ECAM_MMCONF_SUPPORT
- MMCONF_SUPPORT --> ECAM_MMCONF_SUPPORT
- MMCONF_BASE_ADDRESS --> ECAM_MMCONF_BASE_ADDRESS
- MMCONF_BUS_NUMBER --> ECAM_MMCONF_BUS_NUMBER
- MMCONF_LENGTH --> ECAM_MMCONF_LENGTH

Introduce the `ARCH_ALL_STAGES_X86` Kconfig symbol to automatically
select the per-stage arch options. Subsequent commits will leverage
this to allow choosing between 32-bit and 64-bit coreboot where all
stages are x86. AMD Picasso and AMD Cezanne are the only exceptions
to this rule: they disable `ARCH_ALL_STAGES_X86` and explicitly set
the per-stage arch options accordingly.

The x86 timers are a bit of a mess. Cases where different stages use
different counters and timestamps use different counters from udelays.
The original intention was to only flip TSC_CONSTANT_RATE Kconfig
to NOT_CONSTANT_TSC_RATE. The name would be incorrect though, those
counters do run with a constant rate but we just lack tsc_freq_mhz()
implementation for three platforms.
Note that for boards with UNKNOWN_TSC_RATE=y, each stage will have a
slow run of calibrate_tsc_with_pit(). This is easy enough to fix with
followup implementation of tsc_freq_mhz() for the platforms.
Implementations with LAPIC_MONOTONIC_TIMER typically will not have
tsc_freq_mhz() implemented and default to UNKNOWN_TSC_RATE. However,
as they don't use TSC for udelay() the slow calibrate_tsc_with_pit()
is avoided.
Because x86/tsc_delay.tsc was using two different guards and nb/via/vx900
claimed UDELAY_TSC, but pulled UDELAY_IO implementation, we also switch
that romstage to use UDELAY_TSC.

The name OPROM is somewhat inaccurate, since other steps to bring
up display and graphics are needed depending on mainboard/SoC.
This patch cleans up OPROM code nomenclature, and works towards
the goal of deprecating vboot1:
* Rename CONFIG_VBOOT_OPROM_MATTERS to
CONFIG_VBOOT_MUST_REQUEST_DISPLAY and clarify Kconfig
description
* Remove function vboot_handoff_skip_display_init
* Remove use of the VbInit oflag VB_INIT_OUT_ENABLE_DISPLAY
* Add |flags| field to vboot_working_data struct
* Create VBOOT_FLAG_DISPLAY_REQUESTED and set in vboot_handoff

This patch enables CONFIG_VBOOT_OPROM_MATTERS in a few more cases where
I think(?) it should be. Haswell, Broadwell and Baytrail Chromebooks
have this enabled in their old depthcharge firmware branches -- we
presumably just forgot to move it over when vboot2 migrated the option
to coreboot. Braswell didn't, but it seems like this requirement was
added when it was migrated to FSP 1.1...? (Not very sure about that one,
but it does call load_vbt() right now which executes things based on
display_init_required().) Additionally, it seems to make sense to enable
it whenever the user explicitly selects VGA_ROM_RUN in menuconfig (like
one of the Intel defconfigs does).
Once we have all this, one could take a step back and ask whether this
option still makes sense at all anymore. It's enabled for almost all
devices (that work with vboot at all), it will presumably be enabled for
all future devices, and it seems that most devices that don't enable it
use libgfxinit, which as far as I can tell isn't gated on
display_init_required() but probably should be. Realistically, whatever
kind of display init a board needs to do (native or option ROM), it's
probably expensive enough that it's worth skipping on a normal mode
vboot boot, and we'd want to have this enabled by default on everything
except boards that actually don't have a display. So maybe we should
flip it around to CONFIG_VBOOT_OPROM_DOESNT_MATTER, but doing that would
probably lead to nobody ever selecting it at all.
Not sure what the best solution there is yet, but I think this patch
at least moves things in the more correct direction.

Some Chrome OS boards previously didn't have a hardcoded vboot
configuration (e.g. STARTS_IN_BOOTBLOCK/_ROMSTAGE, SEPARATE_VERSTAGE,
etc.) selected from their SoC and mainboard Kconfig files, and instead
relied on the Chrome OS build system to pass in those options
separately. Since there is usually only one "best" vboot configuration
for a certain board and there is often board or SoC code specifically
written with that configuration in mind (e.g. memlayout), these options
should not be adjustable in menuconfig and instead always get selected
by board and SoC Makefiles (as opposed to some external build system).
(Removing MAINBOARD_HAS_CHROMEOS from Urara because vboot support for
Pistachio/MIPS was never finished. Trying to enable even post-romstage
vboot leads to weird compiler errors that I don't want to track down
now. Let's stop pretending this board has working Chrome OS support
because it never did.)

The EM100Pro allows the debug console to be sent over the SPI bus.
This is not yet working in romstage due to the use of static variables
in the SPI driver code. It is also not working on chipsets that have
SPI write buffers of less than 10 characters due to the 9 byte
command/header length specified by the EM100 protocol.
While this currently works only with the EM100, it seems like it would
be useful on any logic analyzer with SPI debug - just filter on command
bytes of 0x11.

This reverts the revert commit 5780d6f3876723b94fbe3653c9d87dad6330862e
and fixes the build issue that cuased it to be reverted.
Verstage will host vboot2 for firmware verification.
It's a stage in the sense that it has its own set of toolchains,
compiler flags,
and includes. This allows us to easily add object files as needed. But
it's directly linked to bootblock. This allows us to avoid code
duplication for stage loading and jumping (e.g. cbfs driver) for the
boards
where bootblock has to run in a different architecture (e.g. Tegra124).
To avoid name space conflict, verstage symbols are prefixed with
verstage_.

Make all three coreboot stages (bootblock, romstage and ramstage) aware of the
architecture specific to that stage i.e. we will have CONFIG_ARCH variables for
each of the three stages. This allows us to have an SOC with any combination of
architectures and thus every stage can be made to run on a completely different
architecture independent of others. Thus, bootblock can have an x86 arch whereas
romstage and ramstage can have arm32 and arm64 arch respectively. These stage
specific CONFIG_ARCH_ variables enable us to select the proper set of toolchain
and compiler flags for every stage.
These options can be considered as either arch or modes eg: x86 running in
different modes or ARM having different arch types (v4, v7, v8). We have got rid
of the original CONFIG_ARCH option completely as every stage can have any
architecture of its own. Thus, almost all the components of coreboot are
identified as being part of one of the three stages (bootblock, romstage or
ramstage). The components which cannot be classified as such e.g. smm, rmodules
can have their own compiler toolset which is for now set to *_i386. Hence, all
special classes are treated in a similar way and the compiler toolset is defined
using create_class_compiler defined in Makefile.
In order to meet these requirements, changes have been made to CC, LD, OBJCOPY
and family to add CC_bootblock, CC_romstage, CC_ramstage and similarly others.
Additionally, CC_x86_32 and CC_armv7 handle all the special classes. All the
toolsets are defined using create_class_compiler.
Few additional macros have been introduced to identify the class to be used at
various points, e.g.: CC_$(class) derives the $(class) part from the name of
the stage being compiled.
We have also got rid of COREBOOT_COMPILER, COREBOOT_ASSEMBLER and COREBOOT_LINKER
as they do not make any sense for coreboot as a whole. All these attributes are
associated with each of the stages.

With the recent improvement 3d6ffe76f8a505c2dff5d5c6146da3d63dad6e82,
speedup by CACHE_ROM is reduced a lot.
On the other hand this makes coreboot run out of MTRRs depending on
system configuration, hence screwing up I/O access and cache
coherency in worst cases.
CACHE_ROM requires the user to sanity check their boot output because
the feature is brittle. The working configuration is dependent on I/O
hole size, ram size, and chipset. Because of this the current
implementation can leave a system configured in an inconsistent state
leading to unexpected results such as poor performance and/or
inconsistent cache-coherency
Remove this as a buggy feature until we figure out how to do it properly
if necessary.

The caching policy for romstage was previously using a 32KiB
of cache-as-ram for both the MRC wrapper and the romstage stack/data.
It also used a 32KiB code cache region. The BWG's limitations for
the code and data region before memory is up was wrong. It consists
of a 16-way set associative 1MiB cache. As long as enough addresses
are not read there isn't a risk of evicting the data/stack.
Now create a 64KiB cache-as-ram region split evenly between romstage
and the MRC wrapper. Additionally cache the memory just below
4GiB in CBFS size. This will cover any code and read-only data needed.

This commit always selects COLLECT_TIMESTAMPS and starts
tracking TSC values from the early stages of bootblock.
The initial timestamp value is saved in mm0 and mm1 while
in bootlbock. This approach works because romcc is not configured
to use mmx registers for its compilation.
Additionally, the romstage api with the mainboard was changed to
always pass around a pointer to a romstage_params structure as the
timestamps are saved in there until ram is up.
