Introduce a sandybridge-style devicetree setting for SPD addresses,
and use it instead of runtime code in mb_get_spd_map() for all
haswell boards without CONFIG(HAVE_SPD_IN_CBFS) - effectively all
boards except google/slippy.
Patch also covers recently added Z97 boards using Broadwell MRC.
Also update util/autoport to match.
abuild passes for all affected boards.
autoport builds, but otherwise untested.

This board has a DVI-I connector, which supports both digital and analog
display outputs. The I2C bus to retrieve the EDID is shared between both
outputs, so `select GFX_GMA_ANALOG_I2C_HDMI_B` to describe this.
Can't currently test this due to lack of hardware.

This was done using Haswell autoport, with manual fixes to get the
output to build against current main. I do not physically have this
board; I was sent the output of autoport with some fixes on top of
which I added additional changes. The VBT was copied from
/sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_vbt on version 2.70 of the vendor firmware.
The flash chip is 8MiB in a socketed DIP8 package, making it easy to
externally flash to recover from a brick.
Working:
- Haswell MRC.bin
- S3 suspend and resume
- Libgfxinit
- HDMI
- DVI-I (including passive DVI to VGA adapter)
- DisplayPort
- SATA ports
- mSATA SSD
- mPCIe WiFi slot
- Rear USB ports
- USB 3.0 header
- Audio header
- Ethernet
- x16 PCIe slot
- EHCI debug with the CH347 (top USB 2.0 port by the PS/2 connector)
- edk2 (MrChromebox uefipayload_202309)
Not Tested:
- PS/2 keyboard/mouse
- eSATA

That's an ATX mainboard with a LGA1150 socket and four DDR3 DIMM slots.
Porting was done using autoport and then doing a bunch of manual edits.
This board has two socketed DIP-8 SPI flash chips and a physical switch
to choose which one should the system boot from. As long as one of them
contains a bootable firmware image, it is possible to reflash the other
chip using the internal programmer by flipping the switch after booting
to OS. Even if one somehow manages to flash unbootable firmware to both
chips, they are socketed: one can carefully remove them from the socket
and reflash them externally, which is a relatively safe procedure (when
compared to in-circuit flashing, especially if the board isn't designed
to safely be flashed in-circuit). In short, the board is hard to brick.
Haswell MRC.bin cannot be used because it lacks support for the Z97 PCH
found on this mainboard. Broadwell MRC.bin only works with Haswell CPUs
so far, as raminit fails on Broadwell CPUs for an unknown reason. Maybe
it's something about RcvEn, but it's unlikely it can easily be fixed.
Working:
- All four DIMM slots
- Broadwell MRC.bin for raminit purposes
- Serial port to emit spam
- POST code display
- S3 suspend/resume
- All rear USB 3.0 ports
- Internal USB 2.0 port
- Audio output (green jack)
- Integrated graphics (libgfxinit)
- HDMI
- VBT
- Intel GbE (I218-V PHY and PCH MAC)
- Realtek RTL8111E GbE
- At least one SATA port
- M2_1 slot (Gen3 x4, bifurcated from CPU)
- Flashing internally with flashrom
- SeaBIOS (current version) to boot Arch Linux
- NCT6791D Super I/O software-based fan control
tested using `sensors` and `pwmconfig`, all 6
fan tachometers and 5 PWM outputs work fine.
Untested for now (i.e. should work, will eventually test):
- DVI-I, DisplayPort
- EHCI debug
- Front USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports
- The other audio jacks (as well as SPDIF)
- The other PCIe and M.2 ports
- Non-Linux OSes
- PS/2 combo port (can only test with a keyboard)
Untestable (i.e. cannot test due to unavailable hardware):
- Thunderbolt AIC (Add-In Card) support
Not working:
- Broadwell CPUs, they require more magic to work (working on it).
- Booting from ASM1062 SATA ports with SeaBIOS. Other payloads were
not tested. It seems that the problem is with the controllers.
- Super I/O automatic fan control: not yet implemented in coreboot.
To control fans, use software fan control methods in the meantime.
- Acer B247Y board driving a FHD panel of a Samsung S24E650 monitor,
connected to the board's HDMI output says "Unsupported resolution"
after libgfxinit configured the iGPU outputs in linear framebuffer
mode. HDMI output works fine after Linux's i915 driver takes over.
Not sure if it's specific to the monitor: the HDMI cable is beaten
up, and it is hard to replace (need to relocate the logic board so
that the ports are accessible).

Without setting these GPIO bits, you /can/ power on your board after
powering it down again. This includes after cutting the power.
The only way to recover from this is to pull the CMOS battery and cut
the power for 15mins. Then make sure you don't do this GPIO trickery or
you end up with the same state of basically an unresponsive "dead"
mainboard. So flash the chip before you pull the battery.
One small workaround I found when you like to flash from the system, is
to press the power button with 1 second after you enable power to the
board. In this small timeframe, apparently the superio chip didn't
intialise/restore/gets set with the settings that make it never want to
power on again. The other workaround is to connect the appriopriate
pins on the ATX power connector to force power to the mainboard.

The Realtek RTL8111E NIC is currently not defined as a child device,
resulting in the on_board flag not being set to 1. This means that
Linux / udev will call the device enp4s0 rather than eno0, as is
appropriate for on-board ethernet devices.
This patch defines the NIC as a child device of PCIe port 6, so that
it's properly defined as an on-board device.

This board inherited cmos.default and cmos.layout from asrock/h77pro4-m,
which has two CPU fan headers and a CMOS option to select which one will
provide the tachometer source.
However, the code for this was never implemented. Moreover, this board
only has one CPU fan header, rendering the option useless. This change
removes the option from cmos.layout and cmos.default.

The current VBT causes problems with Windows 10. Once the Intel driver
is used instead of the generic graphics driver, the display turns off
although the system keeps running normally. Linux has no issues. It had
been extracted from the vendor video BIOS, which in turn had been
extracted from the vendor firmware.
This change replaces the VBT with one that was dumped through debugfs
and the drm/i915 driver in Linux, booted from the vendor firmware at
version 2.10 (beta). It fixes the issue with the Intel graphics driver
on Windows 10.

The Realtek RTL8111E NIC is currently not defined as a child device,
resulting in the on_board flag not being set to 1. This means that
Linux / udev will call the device enp3s0 rather than eno0, as is
appropriate for on-board ethernet devices.
Additionally, the comment in devicetree.cb stating that PCIe port 6
is the ethernet controller is incorrect. It's actually port 4.
This patch moves the comment to the right port, and defines the NIC
as a child device of said port, so that it's properly defined as an
on-board device.

The ASRock B75 Pro3-M port was lacking a cmos.default and cmos.layout,
which means nvramtool could not be used to change any nvram values, and
the defaults were always being used.
I have "borrowed" the files from the similar h77pro4-m port, which
work fine for the b75pro3-m. I can now adjust things like gfx_uma_size
and power_on_after_fail, which are quite useful to be able to modify.
Additionally, this board did not have a data.vbt, so I extracted
vbt.bin from the VGABIOS and added it.

On the ASRock B75 Pro3-M, resuming from S3 has always been broken;
see commit 928c6c6336f2 (mainboard/asrock: add ASRock B75 Pro3-M).
This was because 3VSBSW# was not enabled during S3, causing the
board to reboot instead of resume. This change enables 3VSBSW#
during S3, which leads to S3 resume working normally.
Another issue with this board was that hardware monitoring was not
working. The nct6775 Linux kernel module could not be loaded, due to
the device having a base I/O port of 0. This change also enables the
Super I/O properly, so that sensors-detect can find the sensor and
the kernel module can be used.

Drop the `hyper_threading` CMOS option from most boards, as it's most
likely not working properly and causing problems. The main reasons to
remove the option are:
* The used enum is backwards (0 ---> Enable, 1 ---> Disable)
* Platform/SoC code does not honor the `hyper_threading` option
Also, remove the now-unused enum used by the `hyper_threading` option.

List of changes:
1. Drop `HeciEnabled` from dt and dt chip configuration.
2. Replace all logic that disables HECI1 based on the `HeciEnabled`
chip config with `DISABLE_HECI1_AT_PRE_BOOT` config.
3. Make dt CSE PCI device `on` by default.
4. Mainboards set DISABLE_HECI1_AT_PRE_BOOT=y to make Heci1
function disable at pre-boot instead of the dt policy that uses
`HeciEnabled = 0`.
Mainboards that choose to make HECI1 enable during boot don't override
`heci1 disable` config.

This adds a new port for the ASRock H77 Pro4-M motherboard. It is
microATX-sized with an LGA1155 socket and four DIMM sockets for DDR3
SDRAM.
The port was initially done with autoport. It is quite similar to the
ASRock B75 Pro3-M which is already supported by coreboot.
Working:
- Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge CPUs (tested: i5-2500, Pentium G2120)
- Native RAM initialization with four DIMMs of two different types
- PS/2 combined port (mouse or keyboard)
- Integrated GPU by libgfxinit on all monitor ports (DVI-D, HDMI, D-Sub)
- PCIe graphics in the PEG slot
- All three additional PCIe slots
- All rear and internal USB2 ports
- All rear and internal USB3 ports with reasonable transfer rates
- All six SATA ports from the PCH (two 6 Gb/s, four 3 Gb/s)
- All two SATA ports from the ASM1061 PCIe-to-SATA bridge (6 Gb/s)
- Rear eSATA connector (multiplexed with one ASM1061 port)
- Console output on the serial port of the Super I/O
- SeaBIOS 1.15.0 to boot slackware64
- SeaBIOS 1.15.0 to boot Windows 10 (needs VGA BIOS)
- Internal flashing with flashrom-1.2 (needs `--ifd -i bios --noverify-all`)
- External flashing with flashrom-1.2 and a Raspberry Pi 1
- S3 suspend/resume from either Linux or Windows 10
Not working:
- Booting from the two SATA ports provided by the ASM1061
- Automatic fan control with the NCT6776D Super I/O
Untested:
- VBT (it is included, though)
- Infrared header

The `CaVrefConfig` FSP-M UPD describes how the on-die Vref generators
are connected to the DRAM. With the exception of an early Skylake RVP
board (which doesn't have coreboot support), mainboards using DDR3 or
LPDDR3 memory should set `CaVrefConfig` to 0, whereas mainboards with
DDR4 should set `CaVrefConfig` to 2. MRC uses this information during
memory training, so it is important to use the correct value to avoid
any issues, such as increased power usage, system instability or even
boot failures.
However, several Skylake DDR4 mainboards don't set `CaVrefConfig` to 2.
Although they can boot successfully, it's not optimal. For boards that
set `DIMM_SPD_SIZE` to 512 (DDR4 SPD size), set `CaVrefConfig` to 2.
