The passive clause is constructed with the past participle, which is
*defined* in this case. Fix all occurrences in AMD vendor code with the
command below.

AMD f16kb boards are perfectly capable of working at 1600MT/s RAM speeds
even with two DDR3 UDIMM modules per channel. AM1I-A only supports a
single-channel operation, with at most two DIMMs per channel, so raising
these limit values is required to let it and similar boards run faster.
Successfully tested on AM1I-A and two Crucial BLT8G3D1869DT1TX0 UDIMMs,
together with related AMD_XMP changes - also required to get a 1600MT/s
with this set of modules which have only 1333MT/s at JEDEC part of SPD.

Until now, the buildOpts.c files were primarily made out of copy-pasted
AGESA options, commented-out definitions and several useless comments;
that is, the materialization of technical debt in GCC-parsable form...
Until now.
It is assumed that the boards in the tree still boot. So, by comparing
their settings, we can extract saner defaults to place into AGESA. Many
of the settings were common across all boards of the same family, so we
promote those values to default settings. In some cases flipping a flag
was required, so the macros to alter that option had to be adapted as
well. Since those AGESA versions are expected to never receive updates,
it should not be a problem to change their files to suit our needs.
As a result, all but two buildOpts.c files now have less than 100 lines.
AGESA f14 boards need less than 50 lines, and f15tn/f16kb just require
about 60 or 70 lines in those files. Hopefully, this will make porting
more mainboards using AGESA f14/f15tn/f16kb a substantially easier task.
TEST=Use abuild --timeless to check that all AGESA f14/f15tn/f16kb
mainboards result in identical coreboot binaries.

These variables are declared to be arrays of MICROCODE_PATCHES_4K (which
is a struct containing a UINT8 array). However, the actual definitions
of these arrays ignore the wrapping struct and just use the underlying
UINT8 arrays directly, which causes a compiler error when using LTO
because of the type mismatch. Fix the type declaration so that it
matches.

Potential for out-of-bounds read. However, this code is not
used on F14, F15tn, or F16kb platforms. As can be seen in
vc/amd/agesa/f15tn/Config/PlatformInstall.h only multiple
socket F10 is supported. Tested on Lenovo G505s.

ByteLane is used unitialized from prior for statement,
creating a potential out-of-bound read of RxOrig[MaxByteLanes].
PassTestRxEnDly[MaxByteLanes] never appears as rvalue; all for
loops have ByteLane < MaxByteLanes exit condition.

Incorrect values read from a different memory region will cause
incorrect computations. VceFlags array size should be 4 based on
similar code in f15 branch, and because
f16kb/Proc/GNB/Modules/GnbInitKB/GnbF1TableKB.c only loads
4 values for VceFlags in DefaultPpF1ArrayKB. Leaving it at 5
results in an out-of-bounds read of PP_FUSE_ARRAY_V2_fld16
in line 901 of
f16kb/Proc/GNB/Modules/GnbGfxIntTableV3/GfxPwrPlayTable.c
when Index reaches 4.

Implicit fall throughs are a perpetual source of bugs and Coverity Scan
issues, so let's squash them once and for all. GCC can flag implicit fall
throughs using the -Wimplicit-fallthrough warning, and this should
ensure no more enter the code base. However, many fall throughs are
intentional, and we can use the following comment style to have GCC
suppress the warning.

This patch adds comments for all remaining intentional fall throughs,
and tweaks some existing fall through comments to fit the syntax that
GCC expects.

This microcode update for CPU ID 0x700F01 improves system stability:
in particular, fixes Xen hardware virtualization freezes. Also it attempts to
patch some Spectre-related security vulnerabilities. This new microcode has been
tested by multiple coreboot community members and found working perfectly.

This patch fixes up all code that would throw a -Wtype-limits warning.
This sometimes involves eliminating unnecessary checks, adding a few odd
but harmless casts or just pragma'ing out the warning for a whole file
-- I tried to find the path of least resistance. I think the overall
benefit of the warning outweighs the occasional weirdness.

Definition of S_PSTATE only allowed PStateStruct[0], while it is
effectively used as a flexible array. Since sizeof(S_PSTATE) is
reduced here by sizeof(S_PSTATE_VALUES), we have to account for
that when calculating PStateLevelingSizeOfBytes.
In S_PSTATE context, PStateStruct[PStateMaxValue] is valid reference.
GCC 7.2.0 warns about an out of bounds array subscript.

Fix regression of IDS debugging after commit
1210026 AGESA buildsystem: Reduce include path exposure
Mainboard directory was removed from libagesa includes
path here, and this resulted with fam15tn and fam16kb using
a template OptionsIds.h file under vendorcode/ instead.
Add mainboard directory back to include path of libagesa
and remove those (empty) template files.

It's already implemented like this with binaryPI API header.
That implementation is essentially the same with 'const' qualifier
just being ignored in the build process for PI blob.
For open-source AGESA build, work around -Werror=discarded-qualifier
using a simple but ugly cast.

We have been forced to build AGESA with ASSERT() as non-fatal
for some board, as hitting those errors is not uncommon.
For the cases touched here, abort eventlog operations early
to avoid further errors and dereference of null pointers.

YangtzeSataResetService implements the SataSetMaxGen2 double.
The value should be only set, if the condition is met.
For testing, add
FchParams_env->Sata.SataMode.SataSetMaxGen2 = FALSE;
to your BiosCallOuts.c, which enables GEN3 for the SATA ports.
Patch is tested with bap/e20xx board, Lubuntu 16.04 Kernel 4.4.

Boards broken with commit:
062ef1c AGESA boards: Split dispatcher to romstage and ramstage
Boot failure with asus/f2a85-m witnessed around MemMS3Save() call,
message "Save memory S3 data in heap" in verbose agesa logs was
replaced by a system reset.
Default stubs for MemS3ResumeConstructNBBlock() returned TRUE
without initializing the block contents. This would not work for case
with multiple NB support built into same firmware.
MemMCreateS3NbBlock() then returned with S3NBPtr!=NULL with uninitialized
data and MemMContextSave() referenced those as invalid pointers.
There is no reason to prevent booting in the case S3 resume data is not
passed to ramstage, so remove the ASSERT(). It only affects builds with
IDSOPT_IDS_ENABLED=TRUE anyways.

Having CFLAGS with -Os disables -falign-function, for
unlucky builds this may delay entry to ramstage by 600ms.
Build the low-level IO functions aligned with -O2 instead.

Adds option FORCE_AM1_SOCKET_SUPPORT to disable
package type mismatch check between cpu and northbridge.
Default agesa for kabini doesn't know about AM1 socket
so it returns FALSE, that stops memory config code.
With this hack current agesa version supports the AM1 socket.

Clang complains:
"implicit truncation from 'int' to bitfield changes value from -1 to 15"
-1 is define in 'c11std 6.3.1.3p2' as:
[Signed and unsigned integers] Otherwise, if the new type is unsigned,
the value is converted by repeatedly adding or subtracting one
more than the maximum value that can be represented in the new type
until the value is in the range of the new type.60)
FOOTNOTE.60 The rules describe arithmetic on the mathem...
This is "0xFF" on Mullins and "0xF" in this case. Clang seems to
complain about this two's complement in a bitfield as being truncated.
As the bitfield is 4 bits wide, (a maximum of 15 decimal), we set the
field as '0x0F'. Ideally this field /should/ be set to 'UINT8_MAX' however
we still have silly truncation warnings.

We already have these macros define in 'stdlib.h'. Make good use of them
here to avoid redefinition conflicts of the pre-processor depending on
header inclusion ordering. This has the nice side-effect of syncing up
AGESA families in this particular regard.

The ROM address range is set up in the LPC PCI device, register 0x6c.
Coreboot already sets that up correctly in the bootblock, however
AGESA overrides that to 0xffffff00, which will always map the ROM from
0xff000000. This may conflict with other devices which are assigned
address space in that range.
If a device is assigned a range between 0xff000000 and the real ROM
base, accesses to that device will be diverted to the system ROM,
regardless of how other BARs are set up. Since we already need to set
up the ROM address range in the bootblock, before calling AGESA, just
remove the override from AGESA.
Note that not all AGESA versions override this mapping.

The bug is hard to find. We were adding the feature of fan control. We
met some strange things which could not be explained. Like, sometimes
adding printk let the error disappear. Then we traced the code by hardware
debug tool (HDT). It turned out the data in stack was overwritten.
The values of AccessWidthxx are
{ AccessWidth8 = 1,
AccessWidth16,
AccessWidth32,}
For the case of AccessWidth8, we only need to access the index/data
once. But ReadECmsg and WriteECmsg did the loop twice, 1 more time
than they are supposed to do. The data in stack next to "Value" would
be overwritten.
For all the cases, the code should be

Actually, the caller only takes AccessWidth8 as the parameter. We can ignore other
cases for now.
That is an AGESA bug. AMD's AGESA team own this code. They have given the
response that they are going to update this in next release. I presume let them
decide the proper way to fix that. Before that, I change the code as little
as possible to make it run without crash.

The platform initialization (PI) code v1.0.0.7 for Kabini has some
enhancements like ECC DIMM support, new CPU microcode rev 0700010B, FCH
bug fix (RTC) and so on.
Use the name Kabini instead of Kerala everywhere.
Note, the former PI code was indeed version v1.0.0.0 instead of v0.0.1.0
as used in `AGESA_VERSION_STRING`.

Add CONST modifiers to read-only pass-by-reference function
parameters in AGESA. This allows the use of "const" modifiers
on the declaration of lookup tables that are pass-by-reference.
These will be used to identify tables that are copied onto the
HEAP but don't need to be.
This same change was made for AMD Trinity APUs (Family15tn) [1].
