This patch moves `pmc_clear_pmcon_sts` function into common code and
remove SoC specific instances.
Accessing PMC GEN_PMCON_A register differs between different Intel
chipsets. Typically, there are two possible ways to perform GEN_PMCON_A
register programming (like `pmc_clear_pmcon_sts()`) as:
1. Using PCI configuration space when GEN_PMCON_A is a PCI configuration
register.
2. Using MMIO access when GEN_PMCON_A is a memory mapped register.
SoC users to select `SOC_INTEL_MEM_MAPPED_PM_CONFIGURATION` Kconfig to
perform GEN_PMCON_A register programming using PMC MMIO.

coreboot uses port index which is 0 based for all PCIe root ports.
In case of PCIe remapping logic, coreboot reads LCAP register from PCIe
configuration space which contains port number (mostly 1 based). This
assumption might not be true for all the ports in coreboot.
TBT's LCAP registers are returning port index which are based on 2.
coreboot's PCIe remapping logic returns port index based on index 1.
This patch adds variable to pcie_rp_config to pass lcap_port_base to the
pcie remapping function, so coreboot can map any n-based LCAP encoding
to 0-based indexing scheme.
This patch updates correct lcap_port_base variable for all PCIe root
ports for all SOCs, so that function returns correct 0-based index from
LCAP port number.

This patch renames all FSP Notify Phase API configs to primarily remove
"SKIP_" prefix.
1. SKIP_FSP_NOTIFY_PHASE_AFTER_PCI_ENUM ->
USE_FSP_NOTIFY_PHASE_POST_PCI_ENUM
2. SKIP_FSP_NOTIFY_PHASE_READY_TO_BOOT ->
USE_FSP_NOTIFY_PHASE_READY_TO_BOOT
3. SKIP_FSP_NOTIFY_PHASE_END_OF_FIRMWARE ->
USE_FSP_NOTIFY_PHASE_END_OF_FIRMWARE
The idea here is to let SoC selects all required FSP configs to execute
FSP Notify Phase APIs unless SoC deselects those configs to run native
coreboot implementation as part of the `.final` ops.
For now all SoC that uses FSP APIs have selected all required configs
to let FSP to execute Notify Phase APIs.
Note: coreboot native implementation to skip FSP notify phase API (post
pci enumeration) is still WIP.
Additionally, fixed SoC configs inclusion order alphabetically.

`SOC_INTEL_COMMON_BLOCK_HECI_DISABLE_USING_SBI` config is used for
disabling heci1 using non-posted sideband write (inside SMM) after
FSP-S sets the postboot_sai attribute. Applicable from CNL PCH onwards.
`SOC_INTEL_COMMON_BLOCK_HECI_DISABLE_USING_PMC_IPC` config is used for
disabling heci1 using PMC IPC command `0xA9`. Applicable from TGL PCH
onwards.
`SOC_INTEL_COMMON_BLOCK_HECI_DISABLE_USING_PCR` config is used for
disabling heci1 using private configuration register (PCR) write.
Applicable for SoC platform prior to CNL PCH.

The TCO timer is the default watchdog of an x86 host and can reset the
system once it has expired for the second time. There are applications
where this reset is not acceptable while the TCO is used. In these
applications the TCO expire event generates an interrupt and software
takes care. There is a bit in the TCO1_CNT register on Elkhart Lake to
prevent this reset on expiration (called NO_REBOOT, see doc #636722 ).
This bit can either be strapped on hardware or set in this register to
avoid the reset on expiration. While the hardware strap cannot be
overridden in software, the pure software solution is more flexible.
Unfortunately, the location for this bit differs among the different
platforms. This is why it has to be handled on soc level rather than on
TCO common code level.
This commit adds a Kconfig option where NO_REBOOT can be enabled. This
makes it easy to reach this feature over to the mainboard where it can
be selected if needed.

The Intel® Programmable Services Engine (Intel® PSE) is a
dedicated offload engine for IoT functions powered by an ARM
Cortex-M7 microcontroller. It provides independent, low-DMIPS
computing and low-speed I/Os for IoT applications, plus
dedicated services for real-time computing and time-sensitive
synchronization.
The PSE hosts new functions, including remote out-of-band
device management, network proxy, embedded controller lite
and sensor hub.
This CL enables the user to provide the base address of the
PSE FW blob which will then be loaded by the FSP-S onto the
ARM controller. PSE FW will do the initialization work of
PSE controller and its peripherals. The loading of PSE FW
should have negligible impact on boot time unless PSE
controller could not locate the PSE FW and FSP will attempt to
redo PSE FW loading and wait for PSE handshake until it times
out. Once PSE controller locate the PSE FW, it will do
initialization concurrently by itself with coreboot booting.
It also adds PSE related FSP-S UPD settings which enable the
setup of peripheral ownership (assigned to the PSE or x86
subsystem) and interrupts. These assignments need to take
place at a given point in the boot process and cannot be
changed later.
To verify if PSE FW is loaded properly, the user could enable
PchPseShellEnabled flag and the log will be printed at PSE UART
2.

and #614110 (for PSE EDS).

Disable PSE loading by default. If left enabled (current default),
the EHL coreboot will end up in endless restart loop, due to FSP
unable to locate PSE FW image and trigger global reset.
However disabling this flag (PchPseEnable) will cause the coreboot
to trigger a single reset due to CSE signal (HECI: CSE does not
meet required prerequisites). The reason behind this is that FSP
need to perform static disabling (power gate) to fully shut down
PSE HW, and to do this will need to global reset entire system
including CSE. Then PMC will power gate PSE from the start.
To avoid this behavior, the best way to disable PSE is to disable
via IFWI FIT softstrap (For specific detail can refer to Intel EHL
coreboot MR2 release notes). With this, PMC will power gate PSE
from the first cold boot and system will boot happily without
single reset behavior.

Kconfig `USE_PM_ACPI_TIMER` depends on `!NO_PM_ACPI_TIMER`.
As of this change, new platforms must either implement code for
disabling the hardware PM timer or select `NO_PM_ACPI_TIMER` if no such
is present.

With using a Kconfig option to add the x86 LAPIC support code to the
build, there's no need for adding the corresponding directory to subdirs
in the CPU/SoC Makefile. Comparing which CPU/SoC Makefiles added
(cpu/)x86/mtrr and (cpu/)x86/lapic before this and the corresponding
MTRR code selection patch and having verified that all platforms
added the MTRR code on that patch shows that soc/example/min86 and
soc/intel/quark are the only platforms that don't end up selecting the
LAPIC code. So for now the default value of CPU_X86_LAPIC is chosen as y
which gets overridden to n in the Kconfig of the two SoCs mentioned
above.

All x86-based CPUs and SoCs in the coreboot tree end up including the
Makefile in cpu/x86/mtrr, so include this directly in the Makefile in
cpu/x86 to add it for all x86 CPUs/SoCs. In the unlikely case that a new
x86 CPU/SoC will be added, a CPU_X86_MTRR Kconfig option that is
selected be default could be added and the new CPU/SoC without MTRR
support can override this option that then will be used in the Makefile
to guard adding the Makefile from the cpu/x86/mtrr sub-directory.
In cpu/intel all models except model 2065X and 206AX are selcted by a
socket and rely on the socket's Makefile.inc to add x86/mtrr to the
subdirs, so those models don't add x86/mtrr themselves. The Intel
Broadwell SoC selects CPU_INTEL_HASWELL and which added x86/mtrr to the
subdirs. The Intel Xeon SP SoC directory contains two sub-folders for
different versions or generations which both add x86/mtrr to the subdirs
in their Makefiles.

In practice it's something one cannot leave unselected, but maintain

Each CPU/SoC checks the return value of the mp_init_with_smm and prints
the same error message if it wasn't successful, so move this check and
printk to mp_init_with_smm. For this the original mp_init_with_smm
function gets renamed to do_mp_init_with_smm and a new mp_init_with_smm
function is created which then calls do_mp_init_with_smm, prints the
error if it didn't return CB_SUCCESS and passes the return value of
do_mp_init_with_smm to its caller.
Since no CPU/SoC code handles a mp_init_with_smm failure apart from
printing a message, also add a comment at the mp_init_with_smm call
sites that the code might want to handle a failure.

Normally for vboot-enabled x86 board, the VBNV region is stored in CMOS
and backed up to flash (RW_NVRAM). However, on the very first boot after
a flash of the full SPI image (so RW_NVRAM is empty), if
RTC_BATTERY_DEAD is set, coreboot persistently requests recovery before
FSP-M finishes (which appears to be the current location that
RTC_BATTERY_DEAD is cleared on this platform). This is because
vbnv_cmos_failed() will still return 1. Therefore, immediately after
reading RTC_BATTERY_DEAD, it is cleared. This prevents an infinite boot
loop when trying to set the recovery mode bit.
Note that this was the behavior for previous generations of Intel PMC
programming as well (see southbridge/intel, soc/skylake, soc/broadwell,
etc).

Kconfig options, effectively reversing the dependency order.

The `soc_read_pmc_base()` function returns an `uintptr_t`, which is then
casted to a pointer type for use with `read32()` and/or `write32()`. But
since commit b324df6a540d154cc9267c0398654f9142aae052 (arch/x86: Provide
readXp/writeXp helpers in arch/mmio.h), the `read32p()` and `write32p()`
functions live in `arch/mmio.h`. These functions use the `uintptr_t type
for the address parameter instead of a pointer type, and using them with
the `soc_read_pmc_base()` function allows dropping the casts to pointer.

GPIOs are divided into different communities. Each community
consists of one or more GPIO groups. We need to configure the
groups in coreboot so that they are mapped properly.
GPIO communities should be properly configured in GPIO_CFG and
MISCCFG registers. GPP_* defines in gpio_soc_defs.h are configured
in GPIO_CFG register while the PMC_GPP_* in pmc.h.
GPIO communities in coreboot should match with the kernel gpio
communities also. Kernel reads the ASL file from coreboot. This
patch adds the proper community mapping in ASL code to match with
kernel code. In gpio_soc_defs.c file we are indexing the groups
correctly. In gpio.h file we define all the gpio devices as kernel
populates sysfs with separate gpio device for each community. This
patch is created based on Intel EHL PCH Datasheet with Document
number 614109 and Chapter 21.
Also update GPIO COM3 Port ID and 2 GPIO register values
(HOSTSW_OWN_REG_0 & PAD_CFG_BASE) respectively.

Commit 2c26108208e4aa48de21be576ab6cad9286d7934 moved this function to
pmutil.c for Tiger Lake. Do this to all other platforms for consistency.
For Skylake, __SIMPLE_DEVICE__ preprocessor guards are no longer needed.
With this change, pmc.c is only needed in ramstage. Adjust Makefile.inc

Lists of changes:
1. Rename MISCCFG_ENABLE_GPIO_PM_CONFIG -> MISCCFG_GPIO_PM_CONFIG_BITS
2. Move MISCCFG_GPIO_PM_CONFIG_BITS definition from intelblock/gpio.h to
soc/gpio.h. Refer to detailed description below to understand the
motivation behind this change.
An advanced GPIO PM capabilities has been introduced since CNP PCH,
refer to 'include/intelblock/gpio.h' for detailed GPIO PM bit definitions.
Now with TGP PCH, additional bits are defined in the MISCCFG register
for GPIO PM control. This results in different SoCs supporting
different number of bits. The bits defined in earlier platforms
(CNL, CML, ICL) are present on TGL, JSL and ADL too. Hence, refactor the
common GPIO code to keep the bit definitions in intelblock/gpio.h, but
the definition of MISCCFG_GPIO_PM_CONFIG_BITS is moved to soc/gpio.h so
that each SoC can provide this as per hardware support.
TEST=On ADL, TGL and JSL platform.
Without this CL :
GPIO COMM 0 MISCCFG:0xC0 (Bit 6 and 7 enable)
With this CL :

In pursuit of the goal of eliminating the proliferation of raw region
devices to represent CBFS files outside of the CBFS core code, this
patch removes the get_spd_cbfs_rdev() API and instead replaces it with
spd_cbfs_map() which will find and map the SPD file in one go and return
a pointer to the relevant section. (This makes it impossible to unmap
the mapping again, which all but one of the users didn't bother to do
anyway since the API is only used on platforms with memory-mapped
flash. Presumably this will stay that way in the future so this is not
something worth worrying about.)

Backport commit 0cded1f116 (soc/intel/tigerlake: Add SMRR Locking
support) to other client platforms. The SMRR MSRs are core-scoped on
Skylake and Ice Lake, at least. Older platforms do not support SMRR
locking, but now there's seven copies of the same file in the tree. A
follow-up will deduplicate smmrelocate.c files into common CPU code.
I cannot test Jasper Lake nor Elkhart Lake, but they should still work.
As per documentation I do not have access to, Elkhart Lake seems to
support SMRR locking. However, Jasper Lake documentation is unclear.
Tested on Purism Librem Mini v1 (WHL-U i7-8565U), still boots and SMRR
MSRs have the same value on all cores/threads (i7-8565U supports HT).
