With SOC_INTEL_COMMON_BLOCK_ACPI=y the call was made twice,
possibly in the order:
common/block/acpi.c: acpi_wake_source()
common/acpi_wake_source.c: acpi_wake_source()
In this order later call would reset pm1i and gpei in GNVS.
Remove the implementation in block/acpi.c and rename existing
acpi_wake_source.c to block/acpi_wake_source.c.

Add support for the Intel LPIT table to support reading Low Power Idle
Residency counters by the OS. On platforms supporting S0ix sleep states
there can be two types of residencies:
* CPU package PC10 residency counter (read from MSR via FFH interface)
* PCH SLP_S0 assertion residency counter (read via memory mapped
interface)
With presence of one or both of these counters in the LPIT table, Linux
dynamically adds the corresponding attributes to the cpuidle sysfs
interface, that can be used to read the residency timers:
* /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuidle/low_power_idle_cpu_residency_us
* /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuidle/low_power_idle_system_residency_us
The code in src/acpi implements generic LPIT support. Each SoC or
platform has to implement `acpi_fill_lpit` to fill the table with
platform-specific LPI state entries. This is done in this change for
soc/intel/common, while being added as its own compilation unit, so SoCs
not yet using common acpi code (like Skylake) can use it, too.
Reference:
https://uefi.org/sites/default/files/resources/Intel_ACPI_Low_Power_S0_Idle.pdf
Test: Linux adds the cpuidle sysfs interface; Windows with s0ix_enable=1
boots without crashing with an INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR.

Allocation now happens prior to device enumeration. The
step cbmem_add() is a no-op here, if reached for some
boards. The memset() here is also redundant and becomes
harmful with followup works, as it would wipe out the
CBMEM console and ChromeOS related fields without them
being set again.

Current implementation uses CPUID 0Bh function that returns the number
of logical cores of requested level. The problem with this approach is
that this value doesn't change when HyperThreading is disabled (it's in
the Intel docs), so it breaks generate_cpu_entries() because `numcpus`
ends up being zero due to integer division truncation.
- Use MSR 0x35 instead, which returns the correct number of logical
processors with and without HT.
- Use cpu_read_topology() to gather the required information
Tested on Prodrive Hermes, the ACPI code is now generated even with
HyperThreading disabled.

Move the southbridge_write_acpi_tables declaration from acpi.h to common
lpc_lib.h, as common LPC is always the caller. This removes a duplicate
declaration since all soc/intel devices use common LPC, but not all use
common ACPI. The southbridge_write_acpi_tables function is defined in acpi.c
with the other acpi functions.
Note that this would have the reverse problem if there is ever a non-common
LPC device.

Especially server boards, like the Supermicro X11SSM-F, often have a NMI
button and NMI functionality that can be triggered via IPMI. The purpose
of this is to cause the OS to create a system crashdump from a hang
system or for debugging.
Add code for enabling NMI interrupts on GPIOs configured with
PAD_CFG_GPI_NMI. The enabling mechanism is the same as SMI, so the SMI
function was copied and adapted. The `pad_community` struct gained two
variables for the registers.
Also register the NMI for LINT1 in the MADT in accordance to ACPI spec.
Test: Linux detects the NMI correctly in dmesg:

All supported x86 chips select HAVE_CF9_RESET, and also use 0xcf9 as
reset register in FADT. How unsurprising. We might as well use that
information to automatically fill in the FADT accordingly. So, do it.
To avoid having x86-specific code under arch-agnostic `acpi/`, create a
new optional `arch_fill_fadt` function, and override it for x86 systems.

None of the currently-supported chips has PM1b_EVT nor PM1b_CNT event
register blocks. According to the ACPI specification, version 6.3,
sections 4.8.1.1 and 4.8.1.2 (PM1 Event/Control Registers):
If the PM1b_EVT_BLK is not supported, its pointer contains a value of
zero in the FADT.
If the PM1b_CNT_BLK is not supported, its pointer contains a value of
zero in the FADT.
Since the FADT struct defaults to zero in coreboot, we don't need to do

This change moves all ACPI table support in coreboot currently living
under arch/x86 into common code to make it architecture
independent. ACPI table generation is not really tied to any
architecture and hence it makes sense to move this to its own
directory.
In order to make it easier to review, this change is being split into
multiple CLs. This is change 3/5 which basically is generated by
running the following command:
$ git grep -iIl "arch/acpi" | xargs sed -i 's/arch\/acpi/acpi\/acpi/g'

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

Make use of the common CF9 reset in SOC_INTEL_COMMON_RESET. Also
implement board_reset() as a "full reset" (aka. cold reset) as that
is what was used here for hard_reset().
Drop soc_reset_prepare() thereby, as it was only used for APL. Also,
move the global-reset logic.
We leave some comments to remind us that a system_reset() should
be enough, where a full_reset() is called now (to retain current
behaviour) and looks suspicious.
Note, as no global_reset() is implemented for Denverton-NS, we halt
there now instead of issuing a non-global reset. This seems safer;
a non-global reset might result in a reset loop.

The ACPI MCFG table is generated with a static end bus number of 255,
which expects that the reserved range in E820 is 256MB. However the
actual MCFG range is configurable with Kconfig, so these two values
may not match when the OS tries to determine the range:
PCI: MMCONFIG for domain 0000 [bus 00-ff] at [mem 0xe0000000-0xefffffff] (base 0xe0000000)
PCI: MMCONFIG 0000 [bus 00-3f] at [mem 0xe0000000-0xe3ffffff] (base 0xe0000000) (size reduced!)
acpi PNP0A08:00: [Firmware Info]: MMCONFIG for domain 0000 [bus 00-3f] only partially covers this bridge
Instead of forcing the end bus number to be 255 use the Kconfig value
to set it based on the current configuration.
Tested on a fizz device to ensure that the kernel no longer complains:
PCI: MMCONFIG for domain 0000 [bus 00-3f] at [mem 0xe0000000-0xe3ffffff] (base 0xe0000000)

Enable the ACPI DBG2 table generation for Intel boards. This is
a Microsoft defined ACPI extension that allows an OS to know what
the debug port is on a system when it is not enabled by the
firmware, so it does not show up in the coreboot tables and
cannot be easily found by a payload.
broadwell: Use byte access device, set up only when enabled since
it relies on the port being put in byte access mode and using
this serial port for debug was not standard in this generation.
skylake: Enable for the configured debug port. Skylake uses
intelblocks for UART but not ACPI.
common: Enable for the configured debug port. This affects
apollolake and cannonlake.
Tested by compiling for apollolake/broadwell, tested by reading
the DBG2 ACPI table on kabylake board and using IASL to dump:

This patch adds the common acpi code.ACPI code is very similar
accross different intel chipsets. This patch is an effort to
move those code in common place so that it can be shared accross
different intel platforms instead of duplicating for each platform.
We are removing the common acpi files in src/soc/intel/common.
This removes the acpi.c file which was previously in
src/soc/common/acpi. The config for common acpi is
SOC_INTEL_COMMON_BLOCK_ACPI which can be defined in SOC's
Kconfig file in order to use the common ACPI code. This patch also
includes the changes in APL platform to use the common ACPI block.
TEST= Tested the patch as below:
1.Builds and system boots up with the patch.
2.Check all the ACPI tables are present in
/sys/firmware/acpi/tables
3.Check SCI's are properly working as we are
modifying the function to override madt.
4.Extract acpi tables like DSDT,APIC, FACP, FACS
and decompile the by iasl and compare with good
known tables.
5.Execute the extracted tables in aciexec to check
acpi methods are working properly.
