2016-04-11cpu/x86/tsc: compile same code for all stagesAaron Durbin
The delay_tsc.c code took different paths depending __PRE_RAM__ being defined or not. Also, timer_monotonic_get() was only compiled in a !__PRE_RAM__ environment. Clean up the code paths by employing CAR_GLOBAL for the global state which allows the same code to be used in all stages. Lastly, handle apollolake fallout now that init_timer() is not needed in placeholders.c. 2016-03-08soc/intel/apollolake: Add cbmem_top() implementationAndrey Petrov
On Apollolake CPU memory mapping is similar to previous SoC, and we place CBMEM right under TSEG. 2016-02-11soc/apollolake: Add initial cache-as-ram setup for bootblockAlexandru Gagniuc
This is the minimum setup needed to both get cache-as-ram setup and a C environment working. On apollolake, we only get 32 KiB of data loaded into an SRAM that is readonly to the main CPU. Due to this restriction we have to set CAR and a C environment very early on.
