which select INTEL_GMA_ACPI. Rework brightness level includes and
platform-level asl files to avoid duplicate device definition for GFX0.
Include gfx.asl for Skylake/Kabylake, since all other soc/intel/common
platforms already do. Adjust mb/51nb/x210 to prevent device redefinition.
Some OSes (e.g. Windows, MacOS) require/prefer the ACPI device for
the IGD to exist, even if ACPI brightness controls are not utilized.
This change adds a GFX0 ACPI device for all boards whose platforms
select INTEL_GMA_ACPI without requiring non-functional brightness
controls to be added at the board level.

There's no need to perform manual shifting and masking when ACPI allows
one to painlessly describe bitfields of a register. The now-unused DVEN
definition will be dropped in a follow-up, alongside other definitions.

hostbridge.asl
Lower 20bits of TOLUD and TOLM registers include 19 reserved bits and
1 lock bit. If lock bit is set, then systemagent.asl would end up
reporting the base address of low MMIO incorrectly i.e. off by 1.
This change masks the lower 20 bits of TOLUD and TOM registers when
exposing it in the ACPI tables to ensure that the base address of low
MMIO region is reported correctly.

Including gma.asl at the platform level (vs the board level)
means that even desktop boards need to include the default
brightness levels, which makes no sense. To begin to clean this up,
include gma.asl in default_brightness_levels.asl (as well as
the handful of board-specific brightness files) and remove it
from the various platforms.
A follow-on commit will remove default_brightness_levels.asl
from all boards which lack an internal display.

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

This is a port of https://review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/22337 to the
Haswell northbridge. This code is necessary to support the dGPU of the
t440p. Code was cut and pasted from Sandy Bridge with vendor IDs updated
to the correct Haswell values. Tested on t440p with dGPU on Ubuntu
18.04.4 with 5.3.0-28 kernel. Without patches dmesg reports Nouveau is
unable to read the VBIOS of the dGPU as it has an invalid checksum (I
checked that the ROM in CBFS is correct). With this patch DRM works
correctly with both the Nouveau driver and the Nvidia proprietary
driver. Windows 10 1909 also tested but generates bluescreen once GPU
driver is loaded.

This patch is based on a8a9f34e9b7b ("sb/intel/i82801{g,j}x:
Automatically generate ACPI PIRQ tables")
Tested on an ASRock H81M-HDS. The generated _PRT object looks correct,
and the system doesn't show any issue when running. The following
assignments occur:
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:02.0: pin=0 pirq=0
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:03.0: pin=0 pirq=0
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:14.0: pin=0 pirq=0

ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:1c.1: pin=1 pirq=1

ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:1f.2: pin=1 pirq=3
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:1f.3: pin=2 pirq=2
Also tested on a Google Peppy board. The following assignments occur:
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:02.0: pin=0 pirq=0
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:03.0: pin=0 pirq=0
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:14.0: pin=0 pirq=2
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:1b.0: pin=0 pirq=6
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:1c.0: pin=0 pirq=0
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:1d.0: pin=0 pirq=3
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:1f.2: pin=0 pirq=6
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:1f.3: pin=1 pirq=2
ACPI_PIRQ_GEN: PCI: 00:1f.6: pin=2 pirq=1
A diff of the _PRT object for the Google Peppy board is below. The code
used in the diff has been modified for clarity, but the semantics remain
the same. To summarise the diff:
* The disabled PCIe root ports are no longer included.
* The LPC controller is no longer included, as it has no interrupt pin.
The pins for the remaining LPC devices are each one less. Perhaps the
original _PRT object was incorrect?
* The SDIO device is no longer included, as it is disabled.
* The Serial IO devices are no longer included, but that is due to a
separate issue I am having with this system (the devices don't show up
under Linux regardless of this patch). In short: their omission is not
a fault of this patch.

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

On Broadwell, this reduces the number of 'remarks' in the IASL build
from 222 to 3.
Fixes these remarks:
Object is not referenced (Name is within method [_CRS])
The ACPI compiler is trying to be helpful in letting us know
that we're not using various fields in the MCRS ResourceTemplate
when we define it inside of the _CRS method. Since we're not
intending to use those objects in the method, it shouldn't be an
issue, but the warning is annoying and can mask real issues.
Moving the creation of the MCRS object to outside of the CRS
method and referencing it from there solves this problem.
This change was made for fsp_baytrail in commit 2eaa0d49

Consolidate some common (and mostly broken) code. Will try to fix things
in separate commits.
Maybe, igd.asl taken from gm45 (the non-PCH case) could also be used for
i945 and sch. But this needs further investigation.

Old igd.asl had inconsistent addresses (between _DOD and actual device)
and ghost devices. Any of those is enough to make brightness on windows
fail and make igd.asl out-of-ACPI-spec. Also old code favoured ridiculous
copying of the same thing 6 times per chipset. Leave only hooking up and
chipset-specific part in chipset directory. Move NVS handling and ACPI-spec
parts to a common file.

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

Several of the intel platforms define the region reserved
for PCI memory resources in a location where it overlaps
with the MMIO (MCFG) region.
Using the memory map from mohon_peak as an example:
0. 0000000000000000-0000000000000fff: CONFIGURATION TABLES
1. 0000000000001000-000000000009ffff: RAM
2. 00000000000a0000-00000000000fffff: RESERVED
3. 0000000000100000-000000007fbcffff: RAM
4. 000000007fbd0000-000000007fbfffff: CONFIGURATION TABLES
5. 000000007fc00000-000000007fdfffff: RESERVED
6. 00000000e0000000-00000000efffffff: RESERVED
7. 00000000fee00000-00000000fee00fff: RESERVED
8. 0000000100000000-000000017fffffff: RAM
The ACPI table describing the space set aside for PCI memory
(not to be confused with the MMIO config space) is defined
as the region from BMBOUND (the top of DRAM below 4GB) to
a hardcoded value of 0xfebfffff. That region would overlap
the MMIO region at 0xe0000000-0xefffffff. For rangeley
the upper bound of the PCI memory space should be set
to 0xe0000000 - 1.
The MCFG regions for several of the affected chipsets are:
rangeley 0xe0000000-0xefffffff
baytrail 0xe0000000-0xefffffff
haswell 0xf0000000-0xf3ffffff
sandybridge 0xf8000000-0xfbffffff
TEST = intel/mohonpeak and intel/bayleybay.

The existing code generated invalid ACPI processor objects
if the core number was greater than 9. The first invalid
object instance was autocorrected by Linux, but subsequent
instances conflicted with each other, leading to a failure
to boot if more than 10 CPU cores were installed.
The modified code will function with up to 99 cores.

The Haswell parts use a PCH code named Lynx Point (Series 8). Therefore,
the southbridge support is included as well. The basis for this code is
the Sandybridge code. Management Engine, IRQ routing, and ACPI still requires
more attention, but this is a good starting point.
This code partially gets up through the romstage just before training
memory on a Haswell reference board.
