2018-01-15	Intel sch board & chip: Remove - using LATE_CBMEM_INIT	Martin Roth
	All boards and chips that are still using LATE_CBMEM_INIT are being removed as previously discussed. 2015-10-31	tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header	Patrick Georgi
	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 	intel_irq_routing_table is a local structure that should not be used globally, because it might not be there on all mainboards. Instead, the API has to be corrected to allow passing a PIRQ table in where needed.
