The separate directory was the old way of handling variant boards.
Update bakersport_fsp to the new method. All of the other pieces
were already moved into bayleybay_fsp.

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

POST_IO is a user-visible config bool. fsp_1_0/cache_as_ram.inc made a
mess of it, by forcing a build-time error when CONFIG_POST_IO was not
being set. fsp 1.0 boards ended 'select'ing this in their Kconfig.
Refactor fsp/cache_as_ram.inc handling of POST codes, and remove the
"select POST_IO" from boards that have it. Instead of implementing an
ad-hoc changing post code display and a delay based on port 0xed, just
encode the FSP failure code in the POST code. Since FSP failure codes
are > 16, we can encode the failure code in the lower nibble, and theirfailing function in the upper nibble.

The reason for hardcoding the position of the MRC cache was to satisfy
the alignment to the erase size of the flash chip. Hardcoding is no
longer needed, as we can specify alignment directly. In the long term,
the MRC cache will have to move to FMAP, but for now, we reduce
fragmentation in CBFS.
Note that soc/intel/common hardcoding of mrc.cache is not removed, as
the mrc cache implementation there does not use CBFS to find the cache
region, and needs a hardcoded address.

- Add the common/firmware subdir to the baytrail & fsp_baytrail
makefiles and remove the code it replaces.
- Update baytrail & fsp_baytrail Kconfigs to use the common code.
- Update the IFD Kconfig help and prompts for the TXE vs ME.
- Whittle away at the CBFS_SIZE defaults. All the fsp_baytrail
platforms have their own defaults.

Because of a misunderstanding of how Kconfig files are parsed, the
OVERRIDE_MRC_CACHE_LOC symbol was added to make sure that the value
was correctly set. This is not needed unless for some reason the
Kconfig parser is suddenly rewritten to parse everything differently.
At some point, the value in the FSP's Kconfig file was updated to
OVERRIDE_CACHE_CACHE_LOC, while the entries in the mainboard
Kconfig files were not updated. This resulted in the default values
not getting set correctly by default on the FSP Bay Trail boards.
This removes the whole bunch of incorrect and unnecessary symbols and
just sets the default for the MRC cache location directly.

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

DEFAULT_CONSOLE_LOGLEVEL_* is supposed to be selected by the user, and
should not be overriden by any other part of the tree. As such, remove
the selection of DEFAULT_CONSOLE_LOGLEVEL_7 from these two boards.

redefined it, so remove the definition from those boards.

SUPPORT_CPU_UCODE_IN_CBFS is a deprecated option now that all CPUs
with updateable microcode (except AGESA) load microcode from CBFS.
CPU_MICROCODE_ADDED_DURING_BUILD is a state variable that is set
based on user's choice in the microcode menu and should not be changed
directly.
Eliminate INCLUDE_MICROCODE_IN_BUILD variable, whose use directly
interferes with the microcode mechanism, remove selection of
CPU_MICROCODE_ADDED_DURING_BUILD, and do not depend
SUPPORT_CPU_UCODE_IN_CBFS on anything. This makes usage of the
microcode mechanism consistent with other CPUs in the tree.
This incorrect usage of the Kconfig variables was hiding the fact that
some of the microcode files present in fsp_baytrail/microcode_blob.c
were not present in the tree.

The Bakersport board is a variant of the Bayley Bay mainboard that uses
one ECC DIMM instead of two non-ECC dimms.
This commit uses the Bayley Bay mainboard directory and modifies the
required pieces to add the Bakersport board variant. It disables the
second DIMM, points to an ECC version of the FSP, and sets the board
name to be Bakersport instead of Bayley Bay.
All of the code is still contained in the bayleybay_fsp directory. It
seems like duplicating the whole directory for the one line of code
that's actually different between the two platforms.
