After f5ca922 (Untangle CBFS microcode updates) got merged, all
mainboard using intel apollolake, cannonlake, coffeelake, glk,
kabylake, skylake, icelake and whiskeylake get affected.
Using INTEL_LPSS_UART_FOR_CONSOLE instead of UART_DEBUG
and set default console for each platform.
BUG=N/A
TEST=Build and test on Sarien platform, by default we can still get
console from cbmem, and enable CONSOLE_SERIAL can get logs from UART
port 2.

Field 'OEMID' & "OEM Table ID" are related to DSDT table
not to mainboard.
So use macro to set them respectvely to "COREv4" and
"COREBOOT".

DSDT revision is =1 for ACPI v1 and =2 for greater ACPI version.
This will cause the AML interpreter to use 32-bit integers and math
if the version is 1, and 64-bit if the version is >=2.
Current spec version is 2 for ACPI 6.2-a.

This change uses an array pcie_rp_clkreq_pin for accepting CLKREQ#
from mainboards instead of defining a separate property for each root
port. This allows us to use memcpy to copy the entire array into FSP
params as well as new properties for PCIe root ports can be added as
arrays in future CLs.

The following patch is based off of the UEFI 2.6 patch. The FSP header files
are temporarily staying in soc/intel/apollolake and FspUpd.h has been relocated
since the other headers expect it to be in the root of an includable directory.
Any struct defines were removed since they are defined in the headers and no
longer need to be explicity declared as struct with the UEFI 2.6 includes.

On Apollo Lake SPI flash is memory mapped. The mapping is different
to previous platforms. Only "BIOS" region is mapped in contrast to
whole flash. Also, the 128 KiB right below 4 GiB are being decoded by
readonly SRAM. Fail accesses to those regions, rather than returning
false data.
