	This change adds and updates headers in all of the mainboard files that had missing or unrecognized headers. After this goes in, we can turn on lint checking for headers in all mainboard directories. 2012-11-14	Use mainboard hook for HP DL165	Kyösti Mälkki
	The board incorrectly overrides the southbridge hook, so use the new mainboard hook instead. This change also activates the actual southbridge hook to enable decode of complete 4 MB flash memory region.
