Relocatable ramstage, postcar stage and C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK are
now mandatory features, which this platform lacks.

The board information file incorrectly listed an LPC ROM.
Fix the information file to show the correct SPI ROM.
This patch changes a human-readable file only, and does not
alter functionality.

As of this commit S3 suspend does not work on any K10 boards,
including this board.
