util/inteltool: Support dumping more BARs on Skylake mobile SoCs
Support dumping MCHBAR, EPBAR, DMIBAR and PCIEXBAR on SKL-U/Y.
These chipsets are similar to others supported by the tool.
Working on SKL-U.
