Drop lbtdump, like it's 2007
We have discussed dropping lbtdump since 2007, since it was obsoleted by lxbios (nowadays aka nvramtool) back then. http://www.coreboot.org/pipermail/coreboot/2007-August/024188.html Well, it's only eight years later.
