soc/intel/meteorlake: Hook up UPD CnviWifiCore
Hook the newly created/exposed CnviWifiCore UPD up as a chip driver.
Enable this option by default to maintain the existing behavior.

TEST=Verified by enabling/disabling the UPD on google/rex
