mb/system76/gaze15: Leave NC GPIOs unterminated
Remove the unneeded pull up, as leaving them unterminated disconnects
them from internal logic.
Also replace use of PAD_CFG_TERM_GPO with PAD_CFG_GPO, as none configure
termination.
