mb/google/volteer/var/terrador: Update gpio settings and overridetree.cb
Based on schematic and gpio table of terrador, generate gpio settings and overridetree.cb for terrador. BUG=b:156435028,b:151978872 TEST=FW_NAME=terrador emerge-volteer coreboot chromeos-bootimage Verify that the image-terrador.bin is generated successfully.
