mb/siemens/{mc_ehl3,mc_ehl5}: Fix GPIO settings for latest HW revision
With the latest hardware revision of both mainboards, native function
two of GPIO B23 (PCHHOT_N) is used for diagnostic purposes.

TEST=Checked output verbose GPIO debug messages
