Remove VENDORCODE_FULL_SUPPORT from file: vendorcode/amd/pi/00670F00/Proc/Psp/PspBaseLib/PspBaseLib.c BUG=b:112578491 TEST=none, VENDORCODE_FULL_SUPPORT already not used.
