mb/msi/ms7d25/vboot-rwab.fmd: Add 32KiB HSPHY cache region
Add the HSPHY region required by INCLUDE_HSPHY_IN_FMAP option. It is
needed in case CSME/HECI is disabled or not visible to keep the
PCIe 5.0 root ports functional.
