soc/intel/cmn/block/acpi: Create common ASL entry for UFS
This patch migrates UFS ASL entry from Alder Lake SoC to common block ACPI code to be able to be utilized across different IA SoCs. Additionally, migrate to ASL2.0. BUG=none TEST=Able to build and boot Google/Kano.
