soc/intel/alderlake: Rename FSP_S_CONFIG variable from params to s_cfg
Align FSP-S UPD structure (FSP_S_CONFIG) variable name (s_cfg) as FSP-M UPD structure variable (m_cfg). TEST=Able to build and boot ADLRVP to ChromeOS. FSP-S UPD dump shows no change in UPD values with this CL.
