mb/ocp/tiogapass: Use macro to configure IIO

Use macros to configure each of the IIO ports instead of an array
of some unknown parameters. This will clean up the code and make
it easier to read.

Tested with BUILD_TIMELESS=1, Tioga Pass, remains identical.
