mainboard/siemens/fa_ehl: Add new mainboard based on mc_ehl2
Add a new mainboard called fa_ehl which is based on Siemens's 'mc_ehl2'. This commit simply copies the mainboard directory and adjusts the naming to match the new board's name. Moreover a variants scheme is provided for possible alternative implementations. Follow-up commits will introduce the needed changes for the new mainboard.
