mb/google/brya/var/craask: Disable C1 PMC mux conn for HDMI
Add fw_config - DB_1A_HDMI for craaskana, and disable C1 PMC mux conn
for HDMI.
BUG=b:296791122
TEST=build and check HDMI function works on craaskana
