mb/google/dedede/var/awasuki: Enable HECI 1
The AP console log contains "HECI: No CSE device" and the system cannot be entered.

TEST=abuild -v -a -x -c max -p none -t google/dedede -b awasuki
The "HECI: No CSE device" message for AP log disappered
