cpu/intel/{haswell,model_206{5,a}x}: Use MSR_CORE_THREAD_COUNT for msr at 0x35
Regarding 64 and IA-32 Architectures Software Developer’s Manual, the register
name of the msr at 0x35 is MSR_CORE_THREAD_COUNT.
