mb/google/kahlee: Disable IOMMU

Unfortunately Stoney has an issue where enabling the IOMMU causes
a 10%-50% decrease in the integrated graphics performance.  It is
also disabled by default on other stoney platforms.

TEST=Verify that IOMMU is disabled.
