common/block/cse: Rename cbfs_boot_load_file() to cbfs_load()

This patch renames the cbfs_boot_load_file() to cbfs_load() to
avoid the build errors for cselite and align with the new changes
to API https://review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/39304 .
