mb/google/brya/var/{taeko, taeko4es}: Configure Acoustic noise mitigation
- Enable Acoustic noise mitigation
- Set slow slew rate VCCIA and VCCGT to 8
- Set FastPkgCRampDisable VCCIA and VCCGT to 1
