mb/google/brya/var/taniks: Configure Acoustic noise mitigation
- Enable Acoustic noise mitigation
- Set slow slew rate VCCIA and VCCGT to 8
- Set FastPkgCRampDisable VCCIA and VCCGT to 1

TEST=build FW and system power on.
