In a few cases a license was added: Stuff coming from Linux is "GPL-2.0" (not GPL-2.0-only!), build-release is by me and got the usual GPL-2.0-only treatment. uio_usbdebug and spkmodem had their licenses propagate to all their files. 2017-07-21util/vgabios: Don't call redefined printk in printkStefan Reinauer
A few pieces of coreboot code (like the video bios emulator) are imported from other code bases, and hence might call printf. In order to see the output, we redefine printf to printk. However, when we are re-importing this code in a userspace utility, we might call printk instead of printf if we're not careful. A good fix for this would be to not call printf in coreboot ever. As a short term fix to keep testbios from segfaulting, we just don't call printf from printk, so we don't cause our own stack to overflow. But, this patch drops the CONFIG_ from CONFIG_DEBUG because that was added by accident when we automatically renamed coreboot variables to be consistent. "vgabios" is an independent userspace utility, and it does not use newconfig nor Kconfig, so it should not be converted. You may specify '-d bus:dev.func' or '-d dev.func'. If you do '-d <value>' then the behavior reverts back to the orginal where <value> is taken to be the 16-bit packed notation of busdevfn.
