2022-09-07	util/lint/lint: Add -I option to invert test results	Martin Roth
	To test the linters, we want to invert the results so that any test that passes shows up as a failure. This will allow us to verify that all of the linters are working correctly. This will be tested nightly as well as on changes to the lint tools. I'm adding additional commands, so the first step is to add true command line parsing. 2021-01-25	util: Update all shebangs to use /usr/bin/env	Martin Roth
	Instead of hardcoding paths to the executables, use the version in the path. This allows the scripts to work on more systems, and allows the binary version to be changed more easily if needed. 	The checkpatch script takes a really long time to run, and when the output is buffered to wait until it's finished, it's hard to tell if the script is actually doing anything. Instead, use tee to log the output and display it at the same time. 	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that.
