When installing the packages, apt-get returns an error about holding
broken packages. It occurs the diffutils depends on libcurl4t64
which breaks the libcurl4.
As a solution, remove the libcurl4 from the list, and let the package

Currently, pip modules are installed system-wide, which may cause
conflicts with modules installed using the package manager. Newer
versions of the Alpine base image also mark its system wide Python
installation as an externally managed environment, which will cause
pip to return an error as per recent Python recommendations [1].
TEST:
- `make -C util/docker doc.coreboot.org` builds the container
successfully
- `make -C util/docker docker-build-docs` builds the documentation
successfully

If the host directory of a bind mount does not exist, Docker will create
it. However, the newly created directory will be owned by root due to
the Docker service running within a root context. The docker command in
the recipe for docker-build-docs binds Documentation/_build to /data-out
within the container, so if it doesn't already exist, the documentation
builder will be unable to copy the HTML output into /data-out since it
runs with the same UID and GID as the host user.
By creating, if necessary, the _build directory before the `docker run`
command, there should always be an existing directory owned by the host
user for docker to bind /data-out to (ignoring the case of an existing
_build directory the current user does not have permission to write to),
avoiding the issue where it cannot write the output.
TEST: make -C util/docker docker-build-docs completes without issues
with and without an existing Documentation/_build directory

The doc.coreboot.org container is several years out of date, using the
three year old Alpine 3.8 as the base image along with Sphinx related
pip packages which are even older. Accordingly, update the documentation
related pip packages in the coreboot-jenkins-node container as well.
- Update doc.coreboot.org to Alpine 3.18.3
- Update documentation related pip packages on coreboot-jenkins-node
and doc.coreboot.org to the latest versions on PyPI
- Update Sphinx to 6.2.1 as the latest version of sphinx_rtd_theme does
not yet support sphinx >= 7
The updates also noticeably improve performance, dropping documentation
build times from ~75 s down to ~42 s on my system from the Alpine+Python
updates alone, and further down to ~35 s with the rest of the updates.
TEST: The documentation builds and renders properly when built using the
updated container.

When installing the python modules with pip3 as root, the installer
throws a lot of warnings about conflicts and recommends that it not
be run that way. This change installs the python modules as the
coreboot user instead. The --break-system-packages argument can now
be removed.
It takes along some other changes made to the coreboot home directory
which also don't need to be run as root, and now adds the .local/bin
directory into the path.
The trailing docker PATH configuration is discarded as cleanup - it
doesn't have any effect. Nothing uses it in the Dockerfile, and it
doesn't end up updating the path, which is set by /etc/profile.

The current tool is a shell script that mixes data collection and HTML
generation and is generally a pain to work with. It takes 15 minutes to
run.
The new tool is written in go, collects all data first, then generates
the output HTML from the data and a single template, and finishes in
10 seconds.
The goal in this version is to produce output as similar as possible to
the output of the shell script. Some difference will remain because the
shell script returns some trash data whose reproduction would require
more effort than is worth.

This file was being written to the root src directory. It is the only
file being written to src during a normal build, while all others are
being written to $(obj). I added a new variable to allow specifying the
xcompile path. This allows generating a single file if building multiple
boards. I also moved the default location into $(obj) so we don't
pollute the src directory by default.
I also cleaned up the generation of xcompile by removing the unnecessary
eval and NOCOMPILE check.
I also left .xcompile in distclean so it cleans up stale files.
Since .xcompile is written into $(obj), `make clean` will now remove it.
The tegra Makefiles are outside of the normal build process, so I just
updated those Makefiles to point to the default xcompile location of a
normal build. The what-jenkins-does target had to be updated to support
these special targets. We generate an xcompile specifically for these
targets and pass it into the Makefile. Ideally we should get these
targets added to the main build.

Because docker saves a container for every run command, by breaking
the coreboot build into 3 commands, it greatly increased the size of
the docker containers needed. When combined as one run command, the
coreboot repo that is downloaded, along with the coreboot test build
are deleted before the container is created. Since those directories
are deleted in a later run command, they don't even make it into the
final container, and just force coreboot-sdk users to download extra
data for no reason.
While splitting the build may help with debugging failures when
creating the docker container, that debugging can be done locally by
splitting up a working copy.

Our jenkins instance is also used for flashrom, which can be built with
meson, a mode that we want to be able to test, so add that.
ninja can be used as a backend to both meson and cmake (which coreboot
will use to build cmocka for its unit tests) and may provide some
additional coverage. Plus it's tiny but fast.

The code in coreboot is actually for the Arrandale processors, which
are a MCM (Multi-Chip Module) with two different dies:
- Hillel: 32nm Westmere dual-core CPU
- Ironlake: 45nm northbridge with integrated graphics
This has nothing to do with the older, single-die Nehalem processors.
Therefore, replace the references to Nehalem with the correct names.

The code is for Arrandale CPUs, whose System Agent is Ironlake.
This change simply replaces `nehalem` with `ironlake` and `NEHALEM`
with `IRONLAKE`. The remaining `Nehalem` cases are handled later, as
changing some of them would impact the resulting binary.
Tested with BUILD_TIMELESS=1 without adding the configuration options
into the binary, and packardbell/ms2290 does not change.
