2017-06-21	crossgcc: Update to clang 4.0	Stefan Reinauer
	Drop Edward's cfe patch because it has been implemented by upstream clang differently. 2017-03-05	buildgcc: Update GCC, Binutils, GMP, MPFR, GDB, IASL and LLVM	Iru Cai
