If $BOARD is not all lowercase, then certain subfunctions of the
script will fail due to case-sensitive comparisons therein. To avoid
this, since all matched strings are fully lowercase, set $BOARD
to lowercase.
TEST: './crosfirmware.sh {akemi/Akemi/AKEMI}' all succeed.

This adds a new utility for copying ec_commands.h and ec_cmd_api.h from
the chrome EC repo with the appropriate copyright header adjustment.
It is invoked as:
util/chromeos/update_ec_headers.sh [EC-repo]
where EC-repo is the top of the EC repo from which header files are to
be obtained.
The corresponding files in src/ec/google/chromeec are updated but not
committed. Also, a commit message is suggested with the original git
versions for reference.

Several recovery images for newer ChromeOS boards fail in
extract_partition() due to parted detecting that there are overlapping
partitions, and therefore failing to print the partition layout
(this is potentially a parted bug; requries further investigation).
To work around this, fall back to using fdisk, making the assumption
that ROOT-A is always partition #3, and calculate the partition
start and size using the sector size.
Test: successfully extract coreboot firmware images from recovery
images which previously failed to extract (fizz, octopus, volteer).

Wile historically there was a unique recovery image for each Chrome OS
board/HWID (with matching names), this is no longer the case. Now,
multiple boards share a single recovery image, so adjust how the proper
recovery image is determined, and how the coreboot image is extracted from it.
Test: successfully extract coreboot images for older 1:1 boards (e.g. CAVE)

The HWID in vboot GBB is an identifier for machine model. On Chrome OS,
that should be provisioned in manufacturing process (by collecting real
hardware information), and will be checked in system startup.
For bring up developers, they usually prefer to generate a test-only
string for HWID. However that format was not well documented and cause
problems. Further more, most Chromebooks are using HWID v3+ today while
the test-only HWID is usually v2. Non-Chrome OS developers may also
prefer their own format.
To simplify development process, the GBB_CONFIG now defaults to empty
string, and will be replaced by a board-specific test-only v2 HWID
automatically. Developers can still override that in mainboard Kconfig
if they prefer v3 or other arbitrary format.
BUG=b:140067412

This turned out really handy when I tried to build coreboot
for my Chromebox.
These scripts can be used to extract System Agent reference code
and other blobs (e.g. mrc.bin, refcode, VGA option roms) from a
Chrome OS recovery image.
crosfirmware.sh downloads a Chrome OS recovery image from the recovery
image server, unpacks it, extracts the firmware update shell archive,
extracts the firmware images from the shell archive.
To download all Chrome OS firmware images, run
$ ./crosfirmware.sh
To download, e.g. the Panther firmware image, run
$ ./crosfirmware.sh panther
extract_blobs.sh extracts the blobs from a Chrome OS firmware image.
Right now it will produce the ME firmware blob, IFD, VGA option rom,
and mrc.bin
