Command used:

The exceptions are for:
- crossgcc (patch file)
- gcov (imported from gcc)
- elf.h (imported from GNU's libc)
- nvramtool (more complicated header)
The removed lines are:

This imports common BDK sources that will be used in subsequent
patches.
The BDK is licensed under BSD and will be reduced in size and optimized to
compile under coreboot.
