F14GetNbCofVidUpdate() is declared elsewhere to be of type
F_CPU_IS_NBCOF_INIT_NEEDED, which is supposed to return a boolean value
(not an AGESA status). This is fixed in the corresponding f15tn and
f16kb code, so apply the same change here. This fixes a compiler error
when using LTO.

Implicit fall throughs are a perpetual source of bugs and Coverity Scan
issues, so let's squash them once and for all. GCC can flag implicit fall
throughs using the -Wimplicit-fallthrough warning, and this should
ensure no more enter the code base. However, many fall throughs are
intentional, and we can use the following comment style to have GCC
suppress the warning.

/* fall through - but this time with an explanation */

}
This patch adds comments for all remaining intentional fall throughs,
and tweaks some existing fall through comments to fit the syntax that
GCC expects.

It is much more convenient to view these files if there are 8 values per line,
not 1 value which results in a very long file. The contents remain the same:
these microcodes are still the latest publicly available at the time of writing.

Definition of S_PSTATE only allowed PStateStruct[0], while it is
effectively used as a flexible array. Since sizeof(S_PSTATE) is
reduced here by sizeof(S_PSTATE_VALUES), we have to account for
that when calculating PStateLevelingSizeOfBytes.
In S_PSTATE context, PStateStruct[PStateMaxValue] is valid reference.
GCC 7.2.0 warns about an out of bounds array subscript.

We have been forced to build AGESA with ASSERT() as non-fatal
for some board, as hitting those errors is not uncommon.
For the cases touched here, abort eventlog operations early
to avoid further errors and dereference of null pointers.

Added casts and a couple of #ifdefs to fix the warnings in the
vendorcode/amd/agesa/f14 codebase. This will allow us to re-enable
'all warnings being treated as errors' in boards such as Persimmon
that are using this code. That change will follow.

Success return value in DMI functions GetDmiInfoMain(..) and GetType4Type7Info(...) of AGESA vendorcode is "Flag = TRUE".
This results in a failure of init late function:
"agesawrapper_amdinitlate failed: 1"
It happens because TRUE = 1 = AGESA_UNSUPPORTED.
Replacing TRUE with AGESA_SUCCESS (= 0) fixes this problem.
Only family f15tn does not have such bug.
This patch just replaces TRUE with AGESA_SUCCESS, but maybe all DMI functions should be copied from Trinity family?
Tested on Supermicro H8QGI board with 4 AMD Opteron 6234 processors (f15).

This change updates the AMD Agesa code to support the Family 14
rev C0 cpus. It also fixes (again) a ton of warnings, although
not all of them are gone. The warning fixes affect code in the
Family 12 tree as well, so there are some small changes therein.
This code has been tested on a Persimmon and passes Abuild.
This is the first (and largest) of a number of commits to complete
the upgrade.
