2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2014-06-20	superio/nuvoton: Adds a function to route pins 41-48 to UARTD	Dave Frodin
	Pins 41-48 default to being GPIs. This switches the internal mux to connect them to UARTD. 2014-06-06	superio/nuvoton: factor out generic romstage components	Felix Held
	The romstage of Nuvoton Super I/O chips (but not Nuvoton BMC chips) is identical, so the early_serial.c file can be moved under nuvoton/common. The Nuvoton BMC chip WPCM450 is however left untouched.
