2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 	The romstage of Nuvoton Super I/O chips (but not Nuvoton BMC chips) is identical, so the early_serial.c file can be moved under nuvoton/common. The Nuvoton BMC chip WPCM450 is however left untouched. 2011-03-27	This is for board Supermicro H8scm. The code was done by existing chips and	Zheng Bao
