In the file `COPYING` in the coreboot repository and upstream [1]
just one space is used.
The following command was used to convert all files.
$ git grep -l 'MA 02' | xargs sed -i 's/MA 02/MA 02/'

The constant value 0x100000000 is used in linker scripts to calculate
offsets from the end of 32-bit-addressed memory. There is nothing
wrong with it, but 32-bit versions of ld do the calculation wrong.

It's basically done with the following script and some manual fixup:
VARS=`grep ^define src/config/Options.lb | cut -f2 -d\ | grep -v ^CONFIG | grep -v ^COREBOOT |grep -v ^CC`
for VAR in $VARS; do
find . -name .svn -prune -o -type f -exec perl -pi -e "s/(^|[^0-9a-zA-Z_]+)$VAR($|[^0-9a-zA-Z_]+)/\1CONFIG_$VAR\2/g" {} \;
done
