2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2015-04-28	intel SMI handlers: Refactor GPI SMI/SCI routing	Kyösti Mälkki
	Move the GPI interrupt routing selection between SMI/SCI from mainboards to southbridge. There is speculation if this is all just legacy APM stuff that could be removed with a followup. 2014-12-02	Replace hlt with halt()	Patrick Georgi
	There were instances of unneeded arch/hlt.h includes, various hlt() calls that weren't supposed to exit (but might have) and various forms of endless loops around hlt() calls. All these are sorted out now: unnecessary includes are dropped, hlt() is uniformly replaced with halt() (except in assembly, obviously).
