2015-05-21Remove address from GPLv2 headersPatrick Georgi
As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. HPET's min ticks (minimum time between events to avoid losing interrupts) is chipset specific, so move it to Kconfig. Via also has a special base address, so move it as well. Apart from these (and the base address was already #defined), the table is very uniform. - move enable_usbdebug() declaration to usbdebug.h - reinitialize debug driver in ramstage, as copying the data structure from romstage doesn't work right now. This way of copying data from romstage to ramstage is really board/cpu specific, and is likely to break often. So don't do it.
