2011-10-31Fix usb debug dongle supportSven Schnelle
- move enable_usbdebug() declaration to usbdebug.h - reinitialize debug driver in ramstage, as copying the data structure from romstage doesn't work right now. This way of copying data from romstage to ramstage is really board/cpu specific, and is likely to break often. So don't do it. There should be no changes in _content_ of the license headers, if you spot such changes that's a bug, please report! __ROMCC__ now means "Don't use prototypes, since romcc doesn't support them." __PRE_RAM__ means "Use simpler versions of functions, and no device tree." There are probably some places where both are tested, but only one is needed.
