Using ACPICA version 20180927 or greater, IASL detects Unnecessary/redundant
uses of the Offset() operator within a Field Unit list.
It then sends a remark "^ Unnecessary/redundant use of Offset".
Offsets refer to the current offset are unnecessary.
example:
OperationRegion (OPR1, SystemMemory, 0x100, 0x100)
Field (OPR1)
{
Offset (0), // Never needed
FLD1, 32,
Offset (4), // Redundant, offset is already 4 (bytes)
FLD2, 8,
Offset (64), // OK use of Offset.
FLD3, 16,
}
We will have those remarks:
dsdt.asl 14: Offset (0),
Remark 2158 - ^ Unnecessary/redundant use of Offset
operator
dsdt.asl 16: Offset (4),
Remark 2158 - ^ Unnecessary/redundant use of Offset
operator

Replace the unused DTS2 field with FLVL (fan level).
Required to use the fan level on all thinkpads to store and retrieve the
current fan level.
Possible additional use case is to modify the fan level from a SMI handler.

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.
