2013-03-01	GPLv2 notice: Unify all files to just use one space in »MA 02110-1301«	Paul Menzel
	In the file `COPYING` in the coreboot repository and upstream [1] just one space is used. 2012-06-21	i3100: Enable second IOAPIC for PCI-X	Sven Schnelle
	i3100/i5000 have a second IOAPIC which handles IRQs for PCI-X. Add code to enable it.
