Devices behind LPC can expose more buses (e.g. I2C on a super-i/o).

The processor P_BLK doesn't support throttling. This behaviour could be
emulated with SMM, but instead just update the FADT to indicate no support
for legacy I/O based throttling using P_CNT.
We have _PTC defined in SSDT, which should be used in favour of P_CNT by
ACPI aware OS, so this change has no effect on modern OS.
Drop all occurences of p_cnt_throttling_supported and update autoport
to not generate it any more.

This was done to update the global variable g_ichspi_lock but this is
now removed in favor of reading the lock bit during runtime instead of
keeping track of the state.

SMM final locks the SPI BAR, which causes flashconsole to hang.
Re-init it like SMM does with CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_SMM.

This patch cleans up remaining uses of raw boolean Kconfig values I
could find by wrapping them with CONFIG(). The remaining naked config
value warnings in the code should all be false positives now (although
the process was semi-manual and involved some eyeballing so I may have
missed a few).

INT_MODEL defined in ACPI 1.0 and renamed to reserved since V 2.0.
The value for this field is zero but 1 is allowed to maintain
compatibility with ACPI 1.0.
So set this value to zero as we are using greater version than ACPI 1.0.

In these cases we have to expect a NULL pointer because the IGD
device 0:2.0 may be disabled.
The behaviour still differs from using dev_find_slot(), which may
return a disabled device. Though, if you'd try to read its config
space you'd only read garbage (0xff) and in cases where we filled
ACPI data with devicetree information, the information shouldn't
be interpreted by the OS because of the disabled device.

The newest and most useful incarnation was hiding in soc/intel/common/.
We move it into the Mainboard menu and extend it with various flags to
be selected to control the default and which options are visible. Also
add a new `int` config MAINBOARD_POWER_FAILURE_STATE that moves the
boolean to int conversion into Kconfig:
0 - S5
1 - S0
2 - previous state
This patch focuses on the Kconfig code. The C code could be unified as
well, e.g. starting with a common enum and safe wrapper around the
get_option() call.
TEST=Did what-jenkins-does with and without this commit and compared
binaries. Nothing changed for the default configurations.

For some SPI chips (e.g. those with AAI writes), the default OPMENU
definitions don't work well. Thus, provide an option to override the
defaults in the devicetree.
Writing the OPMENU now happens in ramstage instead of the SMM finalize
handler. If you let coreboot call the finalize handler, nothing should
change. If you call the handler from your payload, OTOH, the OPMENU
might have been changed in between, so be careful what you lock.

This moves the sandybridge both smm setup and smihandler code to a
common place.
Tested on Thinkpad X220, still boots, resume to and from S3 is fine
so smihandler is still working fine.

On platforms with a PCH, some registers within host bridge should be
locked down on each normal boot path (done by either coreboot or
payload) and S3 resume (always done by coreboot).
A function to perform such locking is implemented in src/northbridge/
intel/*/finalize.c, and is designed as the handler of an #SMI triggered
with outb(APM_CNT_FINALIZE, APM_CNT), but currently this #SMI is only
triggered during s3 resume, and not on normal boot path. This problem
has beed discussed in
https://mail.coreboot.org/pipermail/coreboot/2017-August/084924.html .
This time, an option "INTEL_CHIPSET_LOCKDOWN" within src/southbridge/
intel/common/Kconfig is added to control the actual locking, which
depends on several compatibility flags, including
"HAVE_INTEL_CHIPSET_LOCKDOWN".
In this commit, "ibexpeak", "bd82x6x", "fsp_bd82x6x", and "lynxpoint"
have the flag "HAVE_INTEL_CHIPSET_LOCKDOWN" selected.
The change is only well tested on Sandy Bridge, my Lenovo x230.

Fill in acpi_name to return proper ACPI names.
To be used with SSDT generators.
The ACPI names have to match those already used in ASL code.
By providing the ACPI name it can be retrieved by the
acpi_device_name() method and doesn't need to be hardcoded in
SSDT generators any more.
HDEF is defined in sb/intel/bd82x6x/acpi/audio.asl.
LPCB is defined in sb/intel/bd82x6x/acpi/lpc.asl.
RP0* is defined in sb/intel/bd82x6x/acpi/pcie.asl.
SATA is defined in sb/intel/bd82x6x/acpi/sata.asl.
SBUS is defined in sb/intel/bd82x6x/acpi/smbus.asl.
EHC? is defined in sb/intel/bd82x6x/acpi/usb.asl.

Set up IGD OpRegion in northbridge and fill in GNVS' aslb.
At this point GNVS already has been set up by SSDT injection.
Required for future VBT patches that will:
* Use ACPI memory instead of CBMEM
* Use common implementation to locate VBT
* Fill in platform specific values

Assign unique bus/dev/fn values for the I/O APIC and each HPET. The
values are taken from an example DMAR table. They are used as source-id
for MSI requests and as completer-id for reads from the device' MMIO
space [1, 2]. The former is usefull for source-id verfication during
interrupt remapping.

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

Use of scan_static_bus() and tree traversals is somewhat convoluted.
Start cleaning this up by assigning each path type with separate
static scan_bus() function.
For ME, SMBus and LPC paths a bus cannot expose bridges, as those would
add to the number of encountered PCI buses.

Old igd.asl had inconsistent addresses (between _DOD and actual device)
and ghost devices. Any of those is enough to make brightness on windows
fail and make igd.asl out-of-ACPI-spec. Also old code favoured ridiculous
copying of the same thing 6 times per chipset. Leave only hooking up and
chipset-specific part in chipset directory. Move NVS handling and ACPI-spec
parts to a common file.

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

On those chipsets the pins are just a legacy concept. Real interrupts are
messages on corresponding busses or some internal logic of chipset.
Hence interrupt routing isn't anymore board-specific (dependent on layout) but
depends only on configuration.
Rather than attempting to sync real config, ACPI and legacy descriptors, just
use the same interrupt routing per chipset covering all possible devices.
The only part which remains board-specific are LPC and PCI interrupts.
Interrupt balancing may suffer from such merge but:
a) Doesn't seem to be the case of this map on current systems
b) Almost all OS use MSI nowadays bypassing this stuff completely
c) If we want a good balancing we need to take into account that e.g.
wlan card may be placed in a different slot and so would require complicated
balancing on runtime. It's difficult to maintain with almost no benefit.

Most of the code related to the mc146818 is not related to the RTC and is
really for managing the CMOS storage. Since we intend to add a generic API
for RTC drivers it's inconvenient for those functions to have an rtc_ prefix.
This CL renames those functions so they start with cmos_ instead. There are
some places where rtc_init was called with a comment that says something about
starting the RTC. That wasn't correct before (the RTC is always running), but
it looks a little odd now that the function is called cmos_init.
This CL also opportunistically cleans up some style problems in this file.

X230 has 12 MiB flash. SPI controller supports up to 2 x 16 MiB of flash
but address map limits this to 16MiB.

just one space is used.

The LPC bus normally allocates the range for legacy devices,
0-0x1000. Some devices on LPC are above that range and need to
be accounted for. Check the decode range settings for addresses
> 0x1000 and reserve them.

setup functions clear many of these registers.
Ensure that these events show up in the log as appropriate.
