2018-04-11	model_206ax: Use parallel MP init	Arthur Heymans
	This patch adds a few southbridge calls needed for parallel MP init. Moves the smm_relocate() function to smm/gen1/smi.h, since that is where this function is defined now. Tested on Thinkpad X220, shaves of ~30ms on a 2 core, 4 threads CPU. 2015-10-31	tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header	Patrick Georgi
	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 	This is called from the SMI handler install because those setup functions clear many of these registers. Ensure that these events show up in the log as appropriate.
