NDID/DID entries are no longer used by the GMA SSDT generator, so
drop them. SSDT generation will be simplified in a subsequent commit.

_DCS, _DGS and _DSS are required by specification. However,
we never implemented them properly, and no OS driver com-
plained yet. So we stub them out and keep the traditional
behavior in case an OS driver checks for their existence.
The old implementations also only returned static values as
there never was any write to their GNVS variables. The TRAP()
that was called in one place is actually implemented by some
ThinkPad's SMI handler as docking event. However, as the call
precedes these SMI handlers in coreboot history, it's most
likely an accident.

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

Currently the throttle event handler method THRM is defined as an
extern on the intel bd82x6x and lynxpoint chipsets, then defined
again in the platform with thermal event handling. In newer versions
of IASL, this generates an error, as the method is defined in two
places. Simply removing the extern causes the call to it to fail on
platforms where it isn't actually defined, so add a preprocessor define
where it's implemented, and only call the method on those platforms.
This also requires moving the thermal handler, which now includes
the define to before the gnvs asl file.
TEST=Build before and after, make sure correct code is included.

According to the ACPI Spec for CondRefOf, the result argument is
optional. In all of these locations, it was getting set but not
used, creating a warning in new versions of IASL. Since it's
an optional argument, just remove it.

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

an additional set of flags shared between firmware, ACPI, SMM, and the
graphics driver.

This will allow various teams to select which thermal sensor
will control the thermal zones.
Also add a method to notify the thermalzones of a change
so these threshold/sensor methods take effect.
Needs a modified BIOS that uses the NVS TMPS value in
the thermalzone to read a different sensor.
Then, use a kernel driver that contains the following:
